How It Works
The Cubs are excited to offer youth sports teams, schools, PTO/PTAs and 501(c)(3) organizations a new ticket sales fundraising program. This fundraising program is free and easy for organizations to sign up with our online form.
For each ticket sold through your dedicated link, up to $4 will be donated back to your organization. Please note there is a minimum of 50 tickets in order to qualify for the monetary donation.
Complete and submit the form by clicking the button below. Please be sure to include the name and address of the organization receiving funds from the fundraiser. Once your form has been reviewed, a Group Sales Representative will reach out to finalize a dedicated webpage for your organization to use to promote the fundraiser.
Please note games and seating locations are limited and may not be available for the Cubs Fundraising Program.
