2026 Season Ticket Holder Benefits
2026 Ticket Exchange Program
For the 2026 season, Season Ticket Holders with full-season, half-season and Combination plans may request to exchange tickets for a select number of regular season games, based on plan. Tickets must be exchanged at least seven days prior to the game time via your My Cubs Tickets account.
- Full-season: May request to exchange tickets for up to eight regular season games.
- Combination: May request to exchange tickets for up to three regular season games.
- Half-season: May request to exchange tickets for up to two regular season games.
Log in to My Cubs Tickets account and click “Exchange” on the menu on the left.
Select the game to be exchanged.
Choose the ticket(s) to be exchanged.
Click “Find Eligible Events” on the summary page.
Pick a game to request tickets for from the list.
Exchange ticket(s) by using the "Full-Season," "Combo" or "Half-Season" option and selecting available seat inventory from the seating map. To purchase additional tickets, select "Additional Tickets." Please note Season Ticket Holder Exchange tickets are priced at the Season Ticket Holder price and Additional Tickets are priced at single-game ticket price. Choose the ticket(s) you want to exchange into/purchase and click "Add to Cart."
Confirm your exchange by selecting “Place Order.” If exchanging into a game with a higher-priced ticket, payment will be required for the price difference.
When exchanging out of a game and into another game in the same transaction, the season ticket price for the new game will be applied to the new ticket. Season Ticket Holders must pay difference for higher priced tickets if exchanging into higher priced games or seating areas. Diamond games are excluded. Fulfillment of tickets is subject to availability.
Log in to My Cubs Tickets account and click “Exchange” on the menu on the left.
Select the game to be exchanged.
Choose the ticket(s) to be exchanged.
Click “Find Eligible Events” on the summary page.
Navigate to the bottom of the list and select "2026 Exchange Credit."
Select "Buy Seats"
Confirm your exchange by selecting "Place Order."
2025 exchanged ticket credit must be used for the 2025 regular season or applied toward a 2026 season ticket renewal deposit. If exchanging tickets out of a game for a credit to be used later, any tickets bought during the 2025 regular season using the credit will be at the current single game ticket price at time of purchase. Exchanged ticket credit cannot be applied for postseason tickets or non-baseball event tickets. Credit is not refundable. Fulfillment of tickets is subject to availability.
2026 Food and Beverage Discount
For the 2026 season, Season Ticket Holders with full-season, half-season, Combo and Double Play plans receive a 15% discount on food and nonalcoholic beverages purchased at Wrigley Field via the MLB Ballpark app at general concession stands in the main concourse, Upper Level and Budweiser Bleachers. Season Ticket Holders can designate up to two individuals, including the primary season ticket account holder, to use the 15% discount via the MLB Ballpark app. This benefit is only available during Cubs home games at Wrigley Field. The discount will be applied automatically when the order is placed by a registered account via the MLB Ballpark app.
2026 Merchandise Discount
For the 2026 season, Premier Clients and Season Ticket Holders with full-season, half-season, Combo and Double Play plans receive a 15% discount on merchandise (excluding Authentics and exclusive Premier Club merchandise) at the Cubs Team Store at Gallagher Way or the Cubs Team Store located inside Wrigley Field behind home plate. The discount can be redeemed via the mobile wallet.
