How can I exchange my tickets?
If you are unable to attend a specific game, you have the ability to exchange your ticket(s) to any future game of your choice. All exchanges are a ticket-for-ticket exchange and cannot be "banked" as a ticket credit.
Each game will fall under one of four different season ticket price tiers; Single, Double, Triple or Home Run.
Ticket exchanges within the same tier (Ex: Single to Single) will be not incur a processing fee
Ticket exchanges that involve an upgrade (Ex: Single to Double) will incur the difference in tier prices
Ticket exchanges that involve a downgrade (Ex: Double to Single) will have the difference in tier prices reflected as a credit on your season ticket account
What is the cutoff time to exchange my tickets?
A ticket may be exchanged at the box office window prior to gates opening for that particular game. For example, if you are exchanging your April 8 tickets they will need to be exchanged before the gates open on April 8. To exchange tickets over the phone with your personal Season Ticket Services Executive, we request notification of 24-48 hours in advance to ensure that we are able to process your exchange in time.
What is the Ticket Recovery Program?
A great way to maximize your tickets is to take full advantage of our Ticket Recovery Program. This program is perfect for season tickets that have gone unused for games that have already been played. Rather than disposing of the season tickets, you can turn them in to receive comparable seating to another game. Use the tickets to entertain clients, enjoy a family day at Chase Field or put together a group outing. Now more flexible than ever, trade in as many tickets as you would like from games that have already been played.
This program is FREE of charge, with a limit of up to ten (10) tickets recovered per game. We will attempt to seat you in the same price level as your Season Tickets. Learn More.
