ALCOHOL SERVICE POLICY

Valid I.D. is required for purchase. A guest that appears to be 30 years of age or younger must produce a valid form of acceptable identification. Arizona law requires that individuals be able to produce a valid I.D. when requested in order to be served.

Acceptable forms of valid United States identification for alcoholic beverage purchases are: U.S. Driver's License, Passport, State Issued I.D. Card w/ Photo, Military I.D. w/ Photo.

International Driver's Licenses are not accepted. Passports are required in those instances.

Alcohol service is limited to 50 ounces of beer, one liter of wine or four ounces of distilled spirits, and no more than two drinks per person, per identification.

All alcoholic beverage sales will be discontinued at the first pitch of the eighth inning, or at the discretion of management.

All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage.

Government Warning: According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.

APS SOLAR PAVILION

In 2011, the D-backs partnered with the Maricopa County Stadium District and APS to build a solar shade structure that covers 17,280 square feet above the Chase Field plaza near the ballpark's western entrances and ticket booths. The solar shade structure provides extra shade over the ballpark's heaviest used entrances and generates 100,000 kWh of solar energy, which is enough energy to power the lights at Chase Field for 11 home games. ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS FOUNDATION

Established in 1997, before the Diamondbacks ever played a Major League game, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation was established. The mission of the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation is to support three main areas of need: homelessness, indigent healthcare and children's programs of all types, including education and youth baseball field development. To date, the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation have made charitable contributions totaling more than $41 million to non-profit organizations from across Arizona. In addition, more than $10 million in tickets and autographed merchandise has been donated to non-profits, schools, auctions, and events.

AVNET HOME PLATE CLUB

Located behind home plate, the Avnet Home Plate Club is an exclusive, upscale dining and bar experience. Because it is on the Field Level of Chase Field, it is only accessible to those guests with a ticket in the Clubhouse Box, 1st/3rd Base Box sections, and 20-Year club members. The Avnet Home Plate Club offers fans a chef table with a variety of items.

BASEBALL OUTREACH & DEVELOPMENT

All D-backs Baseball Academy camps have been postponed until further notice. Please check back for information about future camps.

The Baseball Outreach & Development department of the Arizona Diamondbacks has, as its focus, the mission of spreading and cultivating a passion for baseball and softball in communities throughout Arizona.

Our diverse set of programs allows fans of all ages and abilities to experience baseball and fast-pitch softball the "D-backs' Way." For our young fans, Arizona Diamondbacks Training Centers are the official youth baseball and fast-pitch softball camps of the D-backs. Training Centers range from one-day clinics to five-day camps and take place in over 40 communities throughout the state.

Youth coaches and parents are invited to participate in our free baseball and softball seminars each spring. And for the ultimate fan, we offer our week-long Fantasy Camp for any participant over the age of 30. This is your chance to be a "Big Leaguer" for a week at our Spring Training Complex in Scottsdale, AZ.

BANNERS AND SIGNS

Banners and signs are permitted, providing they are baseball related and in good taste, as determined by the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Club. Flags with poles sold in the Team Shop are permitted. They may not be hung or displayed on any part of the playing field or in any way that obstructs another guest's view of the game, emergency exit signage or any advertising signage. Signs must not be commercial in nature nor utilize wood or metal material or other types of objects for support. The D-backs reserve the right to remove any banner, sign or flag.

BANNER HEALTH CENTERED FIELD

The Banner Health Centered Field is located beyond left field on the main concourse and offers a terrific view of the game. BICYCLE PARKING RACK

The Arizona Diamondbacks encourage guests to utilize bicycles as an alternative means of transportation. Although bicycles are NOT permitted inside Chase Field, guests may lock and secure bicycles at their own risk at the following locations:

  • Inside the Chase Field Garage (street level adjacent to the garage offices)
  • Inside the Jefferson Street Garage (street level)
  • On the Plaza, at the south end of Guy Fieriā€™s DTPHX
  • Outside the Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers lobby doors
  • Across from Gate K

CAMERA POLICY

Hand-held video and non-professional still cameras may be brought into Chase Field provided game action is not recorded, as mandated by MLB. Non-professional cameras are defined as:

  • Your camera cannot affect the sight lines of other guests while sitting in your area.
  • The lens length on your camera can't extend past 8 inches.
  • The lens width on your camera can't be wider than 4 inches.
  • No tri-pods or mono-pods may be used to stabilize your camera.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

Fan safety continues to be our top priority at Chase Field. The Clear Bag Policy is to ensure the safety of our guests and provide an expedited ballpark entry process and enjoyable fan experience at D-backs games and all Chase Field events.

Each fan may carry one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar). Additionally, fans may also carry a small clutch purse no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, that is subject to search. CHILDREN/SEATING

Children aged 3 and older are required to have a ticket for admission. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult. As the policy may be different by event, please call Chase Field in advance to confirm.

Children (possessing a game ticket) having difficulties seeing the game can borrow a booster chair from the Guest Relations Centers or Suite Services Office. Complimentary booster chairs are available on a first-come first-served basis. Guest Relations Centers are located at section 128 and section 322. The Suite Services Office is located across from suite 42.

In an effort to help avoid the separation of children and parents at Chase Field, seat location wristbands are available at the Guest Relations Centers (sections 128 and 322). If a family chooses to participate in the program, they will be given a wristband with their child's seat location written on it, which their child will wear throughout the event.

CONTAINERS, COOLERS AND OTHER ITEMS

The following items are permitted at Chase Field:

Food:

Food is permitted as long as itā€™s in a clear plastic bag. Any food item should be brought in an approved clear bag.

Beverages:

  • Only non-flavored/non-carbonated water in sealed, plastic bottles
  • EMPTY plastic water bottles
  • SEALED single serving juice boxes
  • Formula/baby food

The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to inspect any items brought into Chase Field.

COORS LIGHT STRIKE ZONE

The Coors Light Strike Zone is private social area located in right field on the main concourse level at Chase Field, with plenty of lounge seating and a full-service bar. D-backs fans also have a front-row seat to watch the pre-game and post-game Bally Sports Arizona broadcast. Group tickets are available for the Coors Light Strike Zone. D-backs Authentics offers a rotating collection of authenticated and game-used memorabilia. We are the direct link for D-backs game-used memorabilia from the clubhouse straight to the fans. D-backs Authentics offers a wide array of game-used jerseys, caps, helmets, baseballs, bases, bats and more. You can pre-order game-used items such as baseballs, bases, and more based on availability. We are located at Section 134 on the main concourse at Chase Field. ELECTRONIC DEVICES

The use of cellular phones, tablets, hand-held radios, televisions and other electronic devices is permitted at Chase Field, providing they do not interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game. The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue the use of such devices.

EMERGENCY PHONE CALLS

Anyone expecting urgent phone calls (i.e., emergency) should leave their name and seat location at one of the Guest Relations Centers located across from sections 128 or 322. Please note that public address or video board paging will not be permitted. Guests can also be reached via the Guest Relations Centers from the time gates open (2 hours prior to game time) and approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the game at 602.462.4020.

ESCALATORS AND ELEVATORS

Escalators are located inside the main plaza gates (west side of ballpark) for your convenience. All escalators go up (only) prior to game time and down (only) starting in the middle of the 7th inning.

Elevators are located in the following areas for your convenience:

  • Main Concourse - at sections 104, 117* and 140.
  • Diamond Level - across from suites 26* and 43 as well as the NW and NE corners.
  • Upper Concourse - across from sections 311* and 321* as well as the NW and NE corners.

*Please note that the elevators in these sections are restricted to guests that are physically unable to use stairs or the escalators.

During D-backs games, please note that this elevator bank will be closed to the public starting at the top of the 9th inning and until 20 minutes after the game ends.

There is also a ramp on the east side of the ballpark that will take you from main concourse level to the upper concourse.

FAN GROUND RULES

The Arizona Diamondbacks and Chase Field staff are committed to providing a safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all of our guests. The following guidelines have been established regarding guest conduct:

  • Guests interfering with a ball in play will be ejected.
  • Guests interfering with the progress of the game or going onto the field will be ejected and subject to arrest.
  • Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing and or body art will not be allowed entry into the ballpark.
  • Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from the ballpark.
  • Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the ballpark.
  • Any guest found throwing objects on the field or in the seating areas will be ejected.

Arizona Diamondbacks staff is unable to accept merchandise to be autographed.

Fans seeking autographs must mail their item directly to the individual player at 401 East Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85004. It is best to send correspondence during the regular season, between the months of April and September. Please include the name of the player as well as a self-addressed stamped package for return of the item. The package will be placed in the player's mailbox. We recommend that you do not send anything of value, as the team cannot guarantee return of the item. The sender assumes all risks when mailing an item. The volume of mail may also prevent players from responding to every request they receive. Additionally, we are not able to process any requests for team-autographed items nor are we able to track players' mail to see if an item was received. We appreciate your understanding.

FAN TEXTING

Guests that have concerns or may note other guests in violation of D-backs' policies may text "Dbacks" [space] location and issue to 69050 (message and data rates may apply).

FIRST AID STATIONS

There are two (2) First Aid Stations at Chase Field, both of which are located in the NE corner of the facility:

  • Main Concourse - Next to elevators at section 104
  • Upper Concourse - Across the elevators, north of section 300

Professional, emergency medical personnel are on duty at each game for your assistance. Should you need assistance, please notify the nearest uniformed employee.

GATE OPENING TIMES

Gates open 90 minutes before first pitch for Sunday-Thursday games and 2 hours before first pitch for Friday-Saturday games.

Early Entry for Advantage Members

Gates will open for Advantage Member Early Entry 30 minutes earlier on Fridays at gates B & J and Saturdays at gates B & J and at the 20th Anniversary Experience (20AE).

Check back for special ā€œGates/First Pitchā€ times for the 2024 season. Times are subject to change due to national television coverage, etc.

GUEST RELATIONS CENTERS

Guest Relations Centers are located on the main concourse at section 128 as well as on the upper concourse at section 322. These centers are staffed from the time gates open until approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Guests may obtain information and assistance, offer suggestions or register concerns, and to get help with any problems that may occur at Chase Field. PATRIOTISM

Respect for patriotism is very important to the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. The National Anthem will be played before the start of every game. All guests should face the flag, if possible, remove their caps and stand at attention. The same respect should be given to the Canadian Anthem whenever it is played.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

For fan safety and enjoyment, the following items are prohibited at Chase Field:

  • Animals (except for service animals)
  • Alcohol
  • Aerosol cans
  • Drones and other remote controlled vehicles
  • Drugs or other illegal substances (including medical marijuana)
  • Firearms, knives or weapons of any kind
  • Fireworks or other incendiary devices
  • Camera Tri, Dual or Single Leg Pods by Non-Media Personnel
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, razors or shoes with wheels
  • Obscene, offensive, indecent or inappropriate clothing/attire
  • Blow horns or Noisemakers
  • Umbrellas
  • Fishing Nets
  • Beach Balls, balloons or other inflatables (without prior approval)
  • Laser Pens
  • Flags with poles not sold in the Team Shop or of a non-baseball nature.
  • Banners containing commercial, political or obscene material or that block guest views
  • Frisbees

PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY POLICY

All giveaway items will be distributed on the game day specified, when the gates open, on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticketed guest that is within any specified age limit will receive one (1) giveaway item (while supplies last). Guests with multiple tickets must exit and reenter the ballpark in order to receive multiple giveaway items. Children who do not need a ticket will be issued one (1) giveaway item, so long as they are within any specified age limit. There are no exceptions to this policy and all determinations by the Arizona Diamondbacks are final. Giveaway dates, items, and quantities are subject to change. The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

RE-ENTRY

Guests may leave Chase Field at any time; however, specific Gates (A, F, J, and K) will be set up as re-entry gates. If planning on re-entering the ballpark, you must go to one of those gates, show your ticket to the usher, and be scanned out. Upon returning, you will be asked to show your ticket and be scanned in again.

REVERSE ATMā€™S

Chase Field has multiple locations where fans are able to convert their cash into a card for usage at the venues cashless operations and concessions.

  • Main Concourse: Sections 106 and 128
  • Upper Concourse: Section 322

RIDESHARE LOCATIONS

Guests will be able to have their Rideshare pickup or drop off at the following locations:

  • 5th street North of Washington
  • Jackson Street East of 9th Street

Guests may leave Chase Field at any time; however, specific Gates (A, F, J, and K) will be set up as re-entry gates. If planning on re-entering the ballpark, you must go to one of those gates, show your ticket to the usher, and be scanned out. Upon returning, you will be asked to show your ticket and be scanned in again.

SCOREBOARD MESSAGES

Birthday and anniversary messages can be displayed for a $100 donation to the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation. Messages are displayed on the right field interactive scoreboard. Proceeds from this program benefit the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation.

SECURITY/CROWD MANAGEMENT

Chase Field security is managed in-house with a staff that provides professional protection for our guests, players and employees. It is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days a year and is equipped with closed-circuit television, door alarms and perimeter lighting.

On game days, security is supplemented with staff from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and the City of Phoenix Police Department.

SMOKING POLICY

Chase Field is designated as a non-smoking facility. For those guest wanting to smoke, designated areas outside the facility are located at areas:

  • Outside of Gate A (north plaza)
  • Outside of Gate F
  • Outside of Gate J (east)
  • Outside of Gate K (northeast)

As these locations are outside the ballpark, you will need your digital ticket to re-enter.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the seating areas, general concourses, suites or restrooms.

The policies outlined above apply to electronic cigarettes, cigars, as well as traditional cigarettes.

STROLLERS

Chase Field welcomes guests that bring and utilize their own strollers however, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general guest movement or block any aisle ways. Guests may check strollers in at one of our Guest Relations offices on the Main Concourse (Section 128) and Upper Concourse (Section 322). Strollers are not available to rent. Strollers may be subject to search by game day security staff.

STUDIO @122

The first-of-its-kind in MLB, the D-backs introduce their premier suite, Studio @122. This state-of-the art 20-person suite is located on the main concourse behind home plate.

Features include:

  • Downtown, loft-style design
  • Two 55-inch Flat panel Televisions
  • All-inclusive food and beverage menu, including two beers per guest
  • Special in-game recognition on dBTv

SUITE LOUNGE

The D-backs exclusive Suite Lounge allows fans to enjoy a luxurious club experience without ever leaving the action. Located just off the main entrance of the Diamond Level, adjacent to the Chase Field parking garage, the Suite Lounge is open to fans with Suite and Diamond Level tickets. Overlooking the 3rd base side, the Suite Lounge offers an unparalleled view of the game action with floor to ceiling windows and outdoor patio seating. Guests can also enjoy eight 60" flat screen televisions and a private bar, making it an ideal gathering place for D-backs fans.

TICKET OFFICE HOURS

The Chase Field Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 3PM MST.

On home game days, these hours extend until the end of the 7th inning. During Sunday home games, the Ticket Office opens at 10AM and closes at the top of the 7th inning.

WHEELCHAIR SERVICE

The Arizona Diamondbacks have a limited number of wheelchairs available to assist guests to and from their seats. If wheelchair service is needed to transport a guest to a seat location and back to one of the gates at the conclusion of the game, please notify a Chase Field Guest Relations Representative. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs, these can only be used to transport guests and cannot be rented or borrowed to sit in while watching the game. Safety considerations limit wheelchair capacity to 250 pounds or less. Please be aware that wheelchairs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, during periods of heavy volume, guests may be asked to wait until a wheelchair becomes available to transport them either to their seats or back to the exit they want to go to.
