Scoreboard Messages

Scoreboard messages can be purchased online for a $100 donation to the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation. Messages are displayed on the right side of the main dbTV scoreboard. Payment must be made prior to the game that the message will be displayed in. Your credit card will be charged upon approval of the message.

There is a limit of 10 scoreboard messages per game. In an effort to accommodate as many fans as possible who are celebrating special occasions at the ballpark, we will not accept duplicate messages.

Scoreboard Messages must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the game.

If you do not see the game listed, you have missed the deadline to order online, OR messages for that game are sold out. Scoreboard messaging requests will be processed in the order in which they are received and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after the close of the submission period to confirm your order.

You will see your message appear at the end of the 4th inning of your chosen game.

If a game is not played for any reason or if the game does not reach the end of the 4^th inning, all confirmed and paid scoreboard messages will receive a refund.

The D-backs reserve the right to edit any message if it fails to conform to our quality standards, is in poor taste or is otherwise objectionable. Messages that are obscene, controversial, offensive, include foul language or refer to any other Major League Baseball organization will not be accepted. Messages cannot be used for commercial purposes; however, you may welcome a group or company who is attending the game. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate photos or emojis in any messaging. The name of any MLB player is also unpermitted and cannot be included in any message.

Credit cards will not be charged until your message is approved by the Arizona Diamondbacks. Message spots will be reserved until your payment is processed. If your message is not approved, your credit card will not be charged, and you may re-submit your message with edits as long as it is more than 24 hours prior to the first pitch of the game you are attending.

Messages can be up to 100 characters or less including spaces and punctuation. Your message will be displayed on five lines (20 characters on each line).

Due to the special nature of marriage proposals, the Arizona Diamondbacks do not offer proposal experiences through our scoreboard messages.
