No. 24 Noah Schultz, LHP, White Sox
Injury: Right knee patellar tendinitis
Status: Assigned to Triple-A Charlotte
The 22-year-old has made two rehab appearances for the Knights. In his latest outing, Schultz yielded two hits, two hit-by-pitches and a walk while striking out four in 2 2/3 innings and dialing it up to 97.4 mph. Schultz made his Major League debut for the White Sox on April 1 and posted a 2.53 ERA through his first six starts. But the 2022 first-rounder had struggled over his past four big league starts, surrendering 19 runs in 17 1/3 innings before hitting the injured list on May 25. (Last updated: June 21)
No. 84 Jaxon Wiggins, RHP, Cubs
Injury: Right elbow inflammation
Status: Assigned to High-A South Bend
Sidelined since early April with right elbow inflammation, Wiggins has started his road back with rehab starts for the Rookie-level ACL Cubs and High-A South Bend. The 24-year-old allowed a solo homer and issued a pair of walks with three strikeouts in 2 2/3 innings on Sunday. Wiggins was placed on the Minor League injured list on April 15 and had not pitched since April 4. The 2023 Draft pick posted a 5.63 ERA over eight innings, striking out 10 and walking five in two appearances for Triple-A Iowa. (Last updated: June 21)

Salas landed on the 7-day injured list June 20 as he battles a minor oblique issue. The 20-year-old had slowed during June after a torrid start to the year in which he hit above .300 in both April and May. (Last updated: June 20)
No. 18 George Lombard Jr., SS, Yankees
Injury: Sprained two fingers in left hand

Lombard Jr. was placed on the 7-day injured list on June 18 after seemingly getting hurt on a defensive play at second base in a Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre game two days prior. The Yankees' top prospect was fielding a throw from rehabbing catcher Austin Wells when the glove was knocked off his hand by a baserunner during the play and exited the game the following inning. The 2023 first-round pick (26th overall) underwent tests on June 17, and they all came back negative. Lombard Jr. is batting .258 with 48 runs scored and an .833 OPS through 62 games across the top two levels of the Minors this season. (Last updated: June 18)

No. 9 Sebastian Walcott, SS/3B, Rangers
Injury: Internal brace surgery on right elbow

As the 19-year-old infielder rehabs from surgery, he is getting a taste of big league life. The Rangers moved Walcott's rehab from Arizona to its home ballpark of Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, where the 20-year-old will continue his work while also being around Major Leaguers for a week. Walcott avoided the more serious and lengthy recovery associated with Tommy John surgery after going under the knife in February. No. 11 Walker Jenkins, OF, Twins
Injury: Left shoulder sprain
Status: Rehab transferred to High-A
The fifth overall pick in the 2023 Draft is off to his second rehab stop after returning to the field for the first time in 40 days. Jenkins suffered a left shoulder AC joint sprain when he ran into a wall making a catch while playing for Triple-A St. Paul on May 3. He began a rehab assignment with Single-A Fort Myers on June 13 and homered in a four-hit game while serving as DH. The 21-year-old is moving up to High-A Cedar Rapids, where he will play more innings in the field as the Twins determine the timeline for his return. (Last updated: June 15)
No. 12 Thomas White, LHP, Marlins
Injury: Left shoulder capsular sprain
Expected return: Mid-August to September
The 21-year-old landed on the Minor League IL back on May 20, before it was revealed he'd be down for the next 12-to-16 weeks due to a left shoulder capsular sprain. White had the start of his season delayed due to an oblique strain, before returning to strike out 35 batters in 24 2/3 frames across two levels. (Last updated: June 5)
No. 14 Aidan Miller, SS, Phillies
Injury: Back discomfort
Expected return: 6-8 weeks
Miller was diagnosed with discogenic pain and facet inflammation in the lumbar spine, and he will undergo a minimally invasive procedure called a radiofrequency ablation of the facet joints. The issue first flared up last year, when Miller missed the final few games of the 2025 Minor League season and was pulled from participating in the Arizona Fall League due to similar discomfort. Back pain returned when he resumed baseball activities in May. He will undergo the procedure on June 5 and rest for one week before returning to his rehab. No. 15 Ethan Holliday, SS, Rockies
Injury: Stress fracture in left foot
Expected return: 2027
Holliday will undergo surgery for a stress fracture in his left foot and miss the remainder of the season, a source told MLB.com's Thomas Harding on May 29. Holliday, 19, batted .262 with nine home runs and 32 RBIs over 33 games in his first full professional season, but the No. 4 pick from the 2025 Draft had been red-hot during the month of May, producing a 1.083 OPS with 11 extra-base hits and 17 RBIs in 15 games. No. 16 Luis Peña, SS, Brewers
Injury: Hamstring
Expected return: TBD
Peña last appeared June 9 for High-A Wisconsin and has since been sidelined due to a hamstring injury, per MLB.com's Adam McCalvy. The 19-year-old previously missed time earlier this season after issues stemming from a dehydration incident in April. When healthy, Peña has been productive, hitting .325 with as many walks (17) as strikeouts while stealing 14 bases across 25 games. (Last updated: June 17)
No. 25 Robby Snelling, LHP, Marlins
Injury: Left elbow UCL sprain

Snelling will undergo left elbow surgery on May 22. The southpaw landed on the 15-day injured list on May 13, just five days after his Major League debut. Miami manager Clayton McCullough said Snelling reported some discomfort after a May 12 bullpen session. Imaging revealed a UCL sprain in his throwing elbow, and he was moved to the 60-day injured list. The 22-year-old had a 1.86 ERA and 44 strikeouts in 29 innings at Triple-A this season and gave up three runs over five innings in his lone big league outing. (Last updated: May 21)
No. 36 Kaelen Culpepper, SS, Twins

Culpepper was placed on the 7-day injured list by Triple-A St. Paul after leaving the June 13 game with soreness in his glutes. The 2024 first-rounder (21st overall) has compiled a slash line of .273/.377/.498 with 14 homers, 11 doubles, 53 runs, 43 RBIs and 15 steals over 61 games with the Saints to open his third professional season. After an MRI unveiled a torn UCL, the right-hander underwent UCL reconstruction last August. The 21-year-old had been one of the Minor Leagues' most dominant pitchers last season, registering a 1.79 ERA across 12 starts while reaching Double-A. (Last updated: Feb. 26)
No. 46 Hagen Smith, LHP, White Sox
Injury: Left shoulder impingement
Expected Return: Possibly mid-to-late July
The White Sox announced that their 2024 first-rounder will be sidelined after suffering a left shoulder impingement. He will not throw for two weeks and then spend two more weeks ramping up before a possible return to action. No. 49 Billy Carlson, SS, White Sox
Injury: Non-displaced fracture in left thumb
Expected return: 4-6 weeks
While scoring on a wild pitch for Single-A Kannapolis on May 23, Carlson suffered a non-displaced fracture in his left thumb. The 19-year-old remained in the game, working a walk and stealing a base, before being removed. On May 26, the White Sox announced Carlson's thumb would be placed in a splint with an expected 4-6 week timetable. The No. 10 overall pick in the 2025 Draft had 11 RBIs with eight stolen bases and a .726 OPS through 39 games to start his pro career. (Last updated: May 27)
No. 50 Emmanuel Rodriguez, OF, Twins

Rodriguez is headed to surgery to repair a left thumb injury he sustained while sliding back to first base on a pickoff attempt during Triple-A St. Paul's contest on May 1. The club officially placed him on the 7-day injured list on May 6. The 23-year-old missed time in 2024 due to a right thumb sprain, while other injuries (knee, oblique) have long sidetracked his progress. Through 25 games this season, he posted a .923 OPS. No. 52 Arjun Nimmala, SS, Blue Jays
Injury: Right hamstring

The 20-year-old shortstop was placed on the Double-A New Hampshire injured list on May 30 with a right hamstring injury sustained when he pulled up running to first three days earlier in a game at Somerset. As of June 1, the Blue Jays were seeking a second opinion, but the expectation was that Nimmala would miss at least a few weeks. Nimmala was promoted to the Minors’ second-highest level on May 3 and was holding his own in the Eastern League with a .308/.375/.369 line and 106 wRC+ through 18 games. At the time of the injury, he was one of only five players aged 20 or younger to get 50 or more plate appearances in Double-A this season, joining fellow Top 100 talents Jesús Made, Leo De Vries, Franklin Arias and Ethan Salas on that list. No. 58 Jarlin Susana, RHP, Nationals
Injury: Lat surgery

Susana has started to throw off the mound at the Nationals Spring Training complex and is on track with his recovery timeline. The 22-year-old underwent lat surgery the week of Sept. 8 last year. He had been limited to 56 1/3 innings in 2025 due to a Grade 1 UCL sprain in his elbow he suffered on May 4, then a right lat injury suffered on Aug. 30, which ended his season. No. 63 Josue Briceño, C/1B, Tigers
Injury: Right wrist surgery
Expected return: Summer 2026
Briceño said he expects to miss “a few months” after undergoing surgery to repair the extensor carpi ulnaris subsheath in his right wrist. The 21-year-old said he suffered the injury on a swing in his last Spring Training game on Feb. 28. Briceño made an impression in camp, including a home run off a Tarik Skubal slider during live batting practice in February. George has been on the IL since May 7 due to an undisclosed illness. Orioles president of baseball operations Mike Elias said the 19-year-old will miss some time but it is not expected to be a long-term issue. No. 66 Dax Kilby, SS, Yankees

The 39th overall pick in last year's Draft hasn't gotten in game action this season due to a lingering hamstring injury. The 19-year-old is expected to begin his campaign with Single-A Tampa after coming off the injured list. Kilby posted a slash line of .353/.457/.441 with 16 stolen bases, 19 runs scored and nine RBIs over the first 18 games of his career for the Tarpons last season after being taken in the first round of the Draft.
