All parking lots and structures designated by the Padres and Ace Parking Management for Petco Park provide parking spaces for guests with disabilities.

Accessible Parking
Accessible Seating
The Padres have designated seats in Petco Park specifically for guests with disabilities in each of the following categories: Wheelchair Accessible, Semi-Ambulatory, and Transfer Seats. In most cases, accompanying Companion Seats are available.
Wheelchair spaces are available for guests with disabilities who use a wheelchair.
Semi-ambulatory seats are available for guests with disabilities who require additional leg room beyond the minimum of 24 inches typical ballpark seating provides.
Transfer seats are available for guests with disabilities who require a retractable arm aisle seat.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)
The Padres are pleased to offer complimentary Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) to guests with hearing difficulties. ALDs can be obtained at the Guest Services Centers located on the Field Level (Main Concourse) adjacent to Section 108, Identification will be required and held to reserve a device. Identification will be returned once the ALD is returned.
Closed Captioning
The Padres are pleased to offer closed captioning of the public address announcements here at Petco Park. The closed-captioning transcript can be viewed using the complimentary MLB At the Ballpark* application, which is accessible on any smartphone or web-enabled device.

- Open 'MLB At the Ballpark' and select Petco Park

Dietary Restrictions
The San Diego Padres permit guests to bring food into Petco Park for individual consumption (but not for large groups of individuals) as long as the items are consumed in the general seating or designated picnic areas. Outside food cannot be brought into any restaurant, club lounge, or suite. Guests must also adhere to the following:
- All food items should be wrapped, bagged, or left inside a container to avoid spillage.
- Food that might be thrown as a projectile must be sliced or sectioned (i.e., oranges, apples and other fruits).
- Food containers must be soft-sided and small enough to fit under the guest's seat. All bottles, cans, thermoses, jugs and containers that are larger than sixteen (16) inches by sixteen (16) inches by eight (8) inches are prohibited inside Petco Park.
- Factory-sealed, bottled water that are one (1) liter or less are permitted into Petco Park. Guests may also bring empty, sport-type water bottles and fill them at any water fountain throughout the ballpark.
- Guests with special items for dietary or medical restrictions should notify security upon entry.
Electrical outlets for recharging wheelchairs and other necessary equipment are located in many seating areas designated for guests with disabilities. Please call (619) 795-5555 to request this option when purchasing tickets. If assistance is needed during your visit to Petco Park, please notify the nearest Guest Services Representative.
Elevators & Escalators
There are elevators and escalators located throughout Petco Park available to guests to access all levels. Elevators to access various ballpark levels are located near Sections 111, 114, 117, 137, 201, 217, 226, 235, 300, 311, 317, 314, 328, inside the Western Metal Supply Co. Building, as well as at the Gaslamp, East Village, Park Boulevard and Home Plate Gates. Priority service is given to guests with special needs on all elevators.
Emergency Evacuations
Petco Park Guest Services Representatives have been trained in evacuation procedures. Should an emergency evacuation situation occur, emergency information will be displayed on the video board and announced on the assistive listening devices and the public address system.
Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are designated for families and guests with disabilities who require private accommodations or additional assistance. Family restrooms are located at Sections 109, 202, 219, 310 and 311.
First Aid
First Aid Stations are located at Sections 108 and 129. Trained medical personnel are on duty for all events to assist guests.
Gate Times
Many ballpark gates open for admittance 1 1/2 hours prior to the first pitch for Monday through Thursday games, and two hours before the first pitch for Friday through Sunday games. The Downtown Gate (located at 8th and J Street) opens 2 1/2 hours prior to the first pitch and allow guest access to the Park at the Park and Padres Power Alley. All ballpark entries are fully accessible.
Guest Services Centers
Guests needing assistance can always approach an event staff member or stop by a Guest Services Center located outside the Home Plate Gate and near Sections 108 and 313, as well as the Toyota Terrace Concierge Desk located at Section 208. Each Guest Services location offer a number of services including Assistive Listening Devices, Ballpark Information, Birthday Buttons, Designated Driver Program, San Diego and Neighboring Communities Information, Padres and Petco Park Publications, Lost & Found Items, Lost Children/Adults, Loaner Wheelchairs, Stroller/Wheelchair Drop-Off and Storage.
Interpreting & Translation Services
We have multiple staff members who speak or sign a multitude of languages. If you need a translator or an interpreter, please notify any staff member or go to any Guest Services Center at the Home Plate Gate or sections 108, 208 or 313.

All Tickets in Accessible Seating Areas are available now and can be purchased in person at our Petco Park ticket windows (Monday - Friday 10 am - 5 pm; Saturday 10 am - 4 pm; Sundays closed; Game Days 10 am - end of game), online or by calling our Ticketing Team at 619-795-5555. Season Tickets are the best way to secure your seats to the best games, matchups, promotions and all of the fun for the upcoming season. For groups of 20 or more that include guests with special needs, contact a Padres Group Sales Account Executive at (619) 795-5010. Every effort will be made to provide seats adjacent to any disabled seating locations for the entire party attending the event.
Secondary Ticket Market
Gifting or reselling of accessible seats to an individual who does not require a wheelchair accommodation, will require that the user visit or call the Padres Ticket Office prior to the game and exchange their ticket. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to communicate this policy to the ticket user. Under such circumstances, the ticket holder may request that the Padres exchange wheelchair accessible game tickets for other comparable seat locations, which the Padres may accommodate subject to availability.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcomed at Petco Park. In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, disabled guests may use either a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest's disability. As such, animals that solely provide emotional support or companionship to a guest will not be permitted inside the ballpark.
On select promotional dates (such as Dog Days of Summer), a limited number of pets are permitted into certain areas of the ballpark. Exceptions will be made at the discretion and authorization of the San Diego Padres.
When the Park at the Park is open to the public, the City of San Diego enforces the "leash law" as stated in San Diego Municipal Code §63.0102 Use of Public Parks and Beaches Regulated (b)(2).
Shuttle Service
A complimentary shuttle service is available for ballpark guests. The shuttle service provides transportation between the Padres Parkade, Tailgate Park, the MTS Garage and Petco Park with specific pick-up locations designated by A-Frame signage. The shuttle service is available two (2) hours prior to a scheduled game start and continues for approximately one-half (1/2) hour following the conclusion of the game. Guests utilizing this service following the game should report to the Street Level Guest Service Center near the Home Plate Gate as a designated shuttle pick-up location. Guests upon arrival may also text SD (space) "requesting a shuttle and location" to 69050. Our guests' patience is requested. Service will be provided in the order that calls are received.
Sun & Shade
Seating at Petco Park includes seats in full sun, in full shade, as well as partial sun/partial shade. Reference this Sun/Shade Seating Map when selecting your seats to choose the best seat for you.
Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchair escort services are available for guests at the Guest Services Center located on the Street Level near the Home Plate Gate, Field Level (Main Concourse) adjacent to Section 108 and the Upper Level near Section 313. Wheelchair storage is also available at the Guest Services Center on Field Level (Main Concourse) adjacent to Section 108.
