SAN DIEGO – The San Diego Padres and Padres Foundation announced that Ms. Lauryn Hill is performing at the Fifth Annual Dinner on the Diamond presented by Sycuan Casino Resort at Petco Park on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Her performance takes place in Gallagher Square following the dinner with special guests YG Marley and Zion Marley. A separate ticket is available for purchase with net proceeds benefiting the Padres Foundation, allowing fans without a ticket to Dinner on the Diamond the opportunity to also enjoy the musical performance for the first time ever. The Padres presale begins tomorrow, March 11, at 10:00 a.m. PT, with tickets going on sale to the general public on Thursday, March 12, at 10:00 a.m. PT. Tickets will be available for purchase at www.padres.com/concerts.
Dinner on the Diamond is an unforgettable evening featuring hosted tables with Padres players, coaches, team executives and alumni, a gourmet dinner curated by Chef Carlos Gaytan of Patina Group, festive cocktail hour, live entertainment by Ms. Lauryn Hill, auctions with unique items and experiences, and a firework display.
Table reservations for Dinner on the Diamond are open to the public and provide a rare view from the playing field with tables set up in left field. Each table seats eight or 10 guests, with standard tables hosted by alumni available for a $20,000 donation and VIP tables hosted by current players for a $30,000 donation. New to Dinner on the Diamond in 2026, fans can purchase tickets for two seats at an unhosted table for $5,000 a pair. Proceeds from the event benefit the Padres Foundation to expand the Foundation’s support for underserved communities in San Diego and Northern Baja. Last year’s event raised funds for two new youth baseball projects through partnerships with the Miracle League of San Diego and Liga de Béisbol Infantil y Juvenil Municipal de Tijuana.
