Made 12 starts with the Marlins in 2021 after being acquired from Oakland at the trade deadline in exchange for OF Starling Marte... Finished the season with just three starts on the road for the Marlins (Aug. 7 at Colorado, Sept. 14 at Washington and Sept. 26 at Tampa Bay). Went 4-2 with a 5.68 ERA at loanDepot park and 0-3 with a 9.00 ERA on the road... Pitched 5.2 innings or more in three starts and allowed no more than three runs before from Aug. 29-Sept. 9. He was 1-0 with a 2.60 ERA in those games... Opened the year with Oakland before being acquired on July 28. Went 2-4 with a 6.87 ERA in 13 games (6 starts) with the A’s. Also made eight starts with Triple-A Las Vegas, going 2-2 with a 6.52 ERA (29.0 IP/21 ER). Made his Marlins debut Aug. 2 at loanDepot park, starting and earning the win against the Mets, limiting New York to three runs in 5.0 innings...
