The Rays Baseball Foundation and Rowdies Soccer Fund have announced details for the annual Community Fund Grant program. The Community Fund Grant program will accept applications beginning on January 18 and will close on Friday, March 15.

The Rays Baseball Foundation Community Fund Grant program provides assistance to local nonprofits in the Tampa Bay region. These grants help enhance and support current programs offered by community-based nonprofit organizations. The Foundation has invested more than $2 million to over 400 local nonprofits through this program since 2008.

“We are looking forward to continuing our grant process again this year to help support local nonprofits in the Tampa Bay area,” said Rays Baseball Foundation and Rowdies Soccer Fund Executive Director David Egles. “Our Community Fund Grant is a pillar in our organization’s efforts to make a difference in the lives of those who live here, work here and those who also strive to create positive change in our community.”
