Rays sell out 18th consecutive home opener
The Tampa Bay Rays have announced that the 2024 home opener on Thursday, March 28 against the Toronto Blue Jays is sold out. This marks the 18th consecutive season the Rays have sold out their home opener, excluding the 2020 season which was played without fans. The 2024 Rays season is presented by Orlando Health.
The game will be televised locally by Bally Sports Sun, with first pitch slated for 4:10 p.m. All Rays games are available on WDAE 95.3 FM/620 AM and streaming for free on iHeart Radio in Tampa Bay. Additionally, over 150 games are available in Spanish on Genesis 680 AM/92.9 FM (Monday–Thursday) and Caliente 96.1 FM/101.5 FM/1470 AM (Friday–Sunday).
Tickets are available for the remainder of the homestand against the Toronto Blue Jays (March 29-31) and Texas Rangers (April 1-3).
Prior to the home opener, the first 20,000 fans will receive a Schedule Magnet, presented by Orlando Health. Upon entry to the game on Sunday, March 31 against the Blue Jays, the first 12,000 fans will receive a Jose Siri replica necklace, presented by DEX Imaging. All promotional items are available while supplies last.
