Will I be able to stream Rays games?

Yes, Rays.TV on MLB.TV is the new Rays direct-to-consumer streaming platform, allowing in-market access to live Rays games. No cable or satellite subscription needed; no contract required.

Are there blackouts?

In-market Rays.TV subscribers can stream all local Rays broadcasts with no blackouts. Please note that a select number of Rays games could be selected to be broadcast exclusively on FOX, ESPN or other national broadcast partners, and those games would not be available on Rays.TV. Rays.TV subscribers who are outside the Rays home territory can still watch Rays games while they are traveling and are only subject to the opposing team’s local blackout restrictions, if applicable.

How will it work and how much does it cost?

Will I be able to watch Rays games if I have a standard MLB.TV package, but not the Rays.TV package?

Rays fans living within the Rays home television territory must purchase a Rays.TV subscription to stream Rays games. Only fans who live outside the Rays home market will be able to watch Rays games with the standard MLB.TV package.

Can I still watch Rays games through my cable, satellite or internet TV provider?

Yes, Rays.TV will be available through traditional cable, satellite and internet TV providers. Specific providers will be announced closer to the start of the season.

What channel will Rays.TV be on?

Specific channel locations will be announced closer to the start of the season. We expect that the channel locations will be located near other sports programming on your guide.

Does Rays.TV replace FanDuel Network?

Yes, locally distributed Rays games are now produced and distributed by Major League Baseball under the name Rays.TV beginning with the 2026 season.

Can I authenticate access to Rays games through the MLB App by using the credentials from my pay-TV provider?

Yes, authenticated pay-TV providers will be able to authenticate to Rays.TV through MLB.TV by Opening Day.

In-market viewers:

  • Rays games will not be available with the standard MLB.TV package due to blackout restrictions.

Out-of-market viewers:
