Rays Season Members have the opportunity to return their tickets before the game has been played. See below for details on one of the most flexible ticket exchange programs in all professional sports. How to Exchange
Submit your future game exchange request at least three (3) business days in advance of the game being turned in to receive credit on your account. Email SeasonMemberServices@RaysBaseball.com with the following info:
Your name and Rays account number.
The game date and the seat number(s) you wish to turn in for credit (also include parking passes if applicable).
Number of Exchanges
Season Members at the $20,000 Level may exchange up to 10 future games for credit without a fee. Any exchanges requested over the 10-game limit will be assessed a $10 fee per game.
Season Members at the $10,000 Level may exchange up to 8 future games for credit without a fee. Any exchanges requested over the 8-game limit will be assessed a $10 fee per game.
Season Members at the $5,000 Level may exchange up to 5 future games for credit without a fee. Any exchanges requested over the 5-game limit will be assessed a $10 fee per game.
Season Members at the $2,000 & $1,000 Levels may exchange up to 3 future games for credit without a fee. Any exchanges requested over the 3-game limit will be assessed a $10 fee per game.
Additional Details
Your account credit from any exchanged games will be loaded back to your Rays Ticket Account and will need to be used by the end of the 2026 Regular Season.
Exchanged tickets may not be combined with any group sales orders or special events.
Game dates, times, opponents, and pricing are subject to change.

Traditional Season Membership
All 81 regular season games may be turned in for exchange to receive a different game based on the options below.
Available Games for Exchange
The following series can be exchanged to receive ANY regular season game at NO additional cost:
April 6 – April 8 vs. Chicago Cubs
April 10 – April 12 vs. New York Yankees
July 6 – July 9 vs. New York Yankees
September 18 – September 20 vs Boston Red Sox
ALL other games may be exchanged to receive ANY of the regular season games not mentioned above at NO additional cost.
Due to high demand, Opening Day on Monday, April 6 vs Chicago Cubs is NOT available via a future game exchange.
How to Exchange
Submit your future game exchange request at least three (3) business days in advance of the game being turned in and the game requested. Email SeasonMemberServices@RaysBaseball.com with the following info:
Your name and Rays account number.
The game date and the seat number(s) you wish to turn in for exchange (also include parking passes if applicable).
The game date and number of tickets you wish to receive.
Any special seating request (you will receive seats closest to your original seats, based on availability).
Number of Exchanges
Full Season Members may exchange up to 10 future games without a fee. Any exchanges requested over the 10-game limit will be assessed a $10 fee per game.
Weekend and Weekday Season Members may exchange up to 8 future games without a fee. Any exchanges requested over the 8-game limit will be assessed a $10 fee per game.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday Season Members may exchange up to 5 future games without a fee. Any exchanges requested over the 5-game limit will be assessed a $10 fee per game.
Additional Info
Your new tickets from the exchange will be loaded to your MLB Ballpark App and your online Rays Ticket Account.
The original Season Member seating location may be exchanged only once. Seating locations that have been exchanged may not be turned in again.
Exchanged tickets may not be combined with any group sales orders or special events.
Single-game tickets, group tickets and other types of tickets may not be exchanged.
Future game exchanges are ticket-for-ticket and may not be combined to exchange for tickets in a higher-priced category or multiple tickets in a lower-priced category.
