Hey, just because they're soccer fans doesn't mean they can't catch.

With World Cup fever gripping the globe and Team Australia getting set to play against Egypt in the FIFA World Cup Round of 32 at Dallas Stadium on Friday, some Aussie fans were in attendance at Arlington's Globe Life Field for Thursday's game between the Rangers and Tigers.

And one particular Aussie supporter, in the midst of a sea of yellow Australia jerseys donned by his friends around him, made a fantastic play on a foul ball.

With the Rangers' Ezequiel Duran at the plate facing Tigers left-hander Framber Valdez in the bottom of the first inning, Duran hit a ball foul down the right field line. The Aussie fan made an outstanding barehanded catch, touching off a reaction worthy of a goal during a World Cup match.

It just goes to show you: Sport has a universal language when it comes to a great play, regardless of whether it's on the pitch, on the baseball diamond, or even in the stands -- unbridled, joyous celebration.
