Prior to today's game against the Philadelphia Phillies, the Boston Red Sox reassigned infielder Chad De La Guerra to minor league camp.
President of Baseball Operations Dave Dombrowski made the announcement.
With this move, the Red Sox now have 43 players in big league camp, including 36 players from the 40-man roster and seven non-roster invitees.
