August 22, 2019

Calling All Kids! On Thursday, August 22, head to Fenway Park for the continuation of our suspended game against the Kansas City Royals. The game will resume at 1:05 p.m. from where it was halted - a 4-4 tie in the top of the 10th inning.

Kids 18 and under will be admitted free of charge and all other fans may gain admission for $5.   All proceeds from the $5 tickets will be donated to the Jimmy Fund to supplement fundraising efforts from the 18th Annual Jimmy Fund Radio-Telethon.

Fenway Park gates will open at 11 a.m. and fans will have the chance to walk the warning track and take photos in front of the Green Monster from 11-noon. Wally's Clubhouse presented by L.L.Bean, featuring various games and activities for children, will be open from the time gates open until 30 minutes after the game. The Kids Concourse will be filled with family-friendly entertainment. Immediately following the conclusion of the game, children will have an opportunity to run the bases, presented by Marshalls.

Red Sox concessionaire Aramark will offer a special kid-friendly $1 menu that includes Kayem Fenway Franks, cotton candy, popcorn, chips, cracker jacks, candy, and Hood sports bars. Select additional menu items will be available for half price.
