Rockies Fest FAQ

General Questions

How can I buy Rockies Fest admission tickets?

  • For Season Ticket Holders
    Presale begins January 6. Tickets are $5.
  • For Mini-Plan Holders
    Presale begins January 8. Tickets are $5.
  • For the General Public
    Tickets will go on sale Friday, January 10 at 10 a.m. Tickets are $15 (fans 13+) and $5 (fans 3-12).

All proceeds go to the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club Foundation.

Where do we park? Does it cost money?
Park in Lot A at Coors Field (parking lot entrance is at 22nd/Park Avenue at Wazee). There is a $5 fee (cash only). There will also be limited parking available in the VIP Lot (parking lot can be accessed from eastbound 22nd or westbound Park Avenue). Click the button below to view the Coors Field Parking Map.

Where do we enter?
Main entrance is Gate C (21st and Blake).
Guests requiring elevators can use Gate A (by Lot A) or Gate D (20th & Blake).

Will there be food and drink available to purchase?
Yes, Club Level concessions will be open.

Q&A Sessions

Do I need a ticket for the Q&As?
No, each session is first-come, first-served.

Where can I find out who will be appearing and when?
The schedule will be released on the day of Rockies Fest online and will be handed out at the event as well. It will also be on the MLB Ballpark app which you can download using the button below.

Autograph Sessions

How do I gain access to autograph sessions?
You must have a ticket (no additional charge). You will need to choose your autograph time when you order your admission ticket. 

Am I guaranteed an autograph?
Yes, if you have a ticket for that session and show up at the correct time.

I want a particular player - how can I make sure I get signed up for his session?
Sorry, we will not know what players will be at what sessions when you request your ticket and exchanges are not allowed.

How many sessions can I sign up for?
One per admission ticket

How long is each session?
40 minutes

Can I get an autograph of a player if I don't have an autograph ticket?
Autographs are only allowed during the autograph sessions. All guests with an autograph ticket for that time and area will be given priority. If all ticketed customers have been accommodated, some guests without a ticket may get an autograph as time permits.

How many players will be autographing? What players will be autographing?
All players and coaches in attendance will do at least one autograph session.

Can I bring something to get signed?
The Rockies will provide player photos to be signed by the Major League players and coaching staff. If you do not want a signed photo, you may bring an item to be signed. We ask that you request only one item per player, per person.

Ticket Delivery Options

  • Digital tickets - use the MLB Ballpark app for entry. Tickets will be available in the app beginning Tuesday, January 21. 
  • Will Call tickets -  tickets will be available at the Coors Field Ticket Office 48 business hours after you have purchased your tickets. The Gate A and Main Ticket Offices will be open on Saturday, January 25.
