Season Ticket Holder Loyalty Cards

Note: Your 2024 Loyalty Card will be available for use closer to the start of the 2024 season.

The Loyalty Card will return in 2024. The card contains 5% of the value for each renewed Season Ticket seat. During the season, you can find your Season Ticket Loyalty Card on the MLB Ballpark app under the CR Rockies tab by scrolling down to "Plan Holder ID Card". Select "My Cards" to scroll between your Loyalty Card and Season Ticket Holder ID Card.

The Colorado Rockies 2024 Loyalty Card will be valid:

  • At most concession and merchandise locations at Coors Field.
  • For merchandise at any of our Rockies Dugout Stores (some items may be excluded).
  • For regular season home game tickets ordered via the VIP Hotline (some games may be excluded).

This card is not valid for online purchases, ticket transactions and/or fees (other than via the VIP Hotline) and cannot be redeemed for cash.
