The Kansas City Royals and American Eagle have partnered together to offer select games to American Eagle Employees. The redemption period is now closed. Please contact your HR department to secure tickets for the last homestand.

Q: How do I redeem my vouchers:

A: Visit royals.com/AEO to see available dates and to redeem your vouchers. On this page you will be able to redeem your vouchers and purchase additional tickets. All vouchers are one time use.

Q: What if my code doesn't work?

A: If you tried entering your code and the system timed out, please clear your cookies on your browser and try again. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to Tyler Belvin directly.

Q: When do I have to redeem my vouchers by:

A: All vouchers will be available for redemption until September 1, 2025.

Q: What are the add-ons for the tickets:

A: With your one time use voucher, you receive two free tickets. Each ticket will have a choice of the following:

  • Ticket with Early Bird (Friday & Saturday games only) - Get an exclusive view of batting practice from behind the dugout! Early Bird Batting Practice begins at Gate A (Left Field) one hour before regular gate opening times.
  • Ticket with Parking Pass - This ticket will include a general parking pass.
  • Ticket with Loaded Value - This ticket will include a $15 credit to be used at select concessions and team stores.
  • Ticket with Outfield Play pass - This ticket includes an All-Day Play Pass for the Royals Outfield Experience

Each ticket is eligible for its own offer and that offer is only good for the selected ticket. You can mix and match the promotions available. The ticket must have selected the promotion to be eligible. (If you select an Early Bird ticket and a Parking Pass ticket, only one ticket will have early entry for batting practice and you will get one parking pass added on your account, you will not have early bird for both tickets) If you select the parking pass, do not add a parking pass to your cart as you check out. A parking pass will be added to your account.

Q: How do I access my tickets?

A: All tickets are allocated to the MLB Ballpark app. You can forward that on any Apple or Android phone. For more details on the app visit: https://www.mlb.com/royals/apps/ballpark.

Q: What if I need assistance with redemption or with digital ticketing?

Q: Can I get additional tickets?

A: Yes, the Royals are providing the ability to add additional tickets for the discounted group rate for the selected game. Please only select those if you need additional tickets, these tickets will not include the additional promotions provided to you by American Eagle. You can purchase additional early bird tickets and get more information by visiting: https://www.mlb.com/royals/ballpark/tours/gameday-experiences.
