How does the program work?
Your organization purchases the fundraising sheets, resells them, and keeps the profit. You can purchase into the program multiple times; all sales accumulate towards ticket sales bonus offers.

What is the cost of this program?
Choose between two options of coupon sheets valued at $50 or $90. Your group can purchase from the Royals at a price of $30 or $60 per sheet. Your group is encouraged to sell the sheets for $40-$70, with all profits going back toward your fundraising efforts.

Is there a minimum purchase to participate in the fundraising program?
Organizations of any size can participate. We recommend starting with 50 or more fundraising sheets.

Are there any bonus benefits for this program?
Yes! Organizations can qualify for special experiences.

• 350 sheets sold - Your group will qualify for Fireworks on the Field.
• 500 sheets sold - Your group will qualify for a 2-hour batting practice on the field on a Royals Off Day.
• 650 sheets sold - A Royals Alumni or Coach will attend your batting practice at their event.

How many people can participate in Fireworks on the Field?
We invite up to 25 people onto the field after the game.

Do participants need tickets to the mutually agreed upon game?
Fireworks on the Field happens after a Royals home game, and anyone participating would need to have a ticket to the game.

Can we choose our date?
The date will be a mutually agreed upon date based on availability.

What does the Batting Practice include?
The Royals will provide a 2-hour batting practice, including a pitching machine and baseballs. Participants will be able to take batting practice off the machine. Participants will be in the batter’s box and in the Royals outfield to shag balls. Non-Royals personnel will not be allowed in the Royals infield.

How many people can participate?
The Royals will provide 2 hours of batting practice. Your group will be limited to a maximum of 30 participants.

How many people can be on the field?
Only the participants will be allowed on the field. If you have individuals who would like to watch batting practice, the Royals will work with you to set up a viewing area within the seating bowl.

What can we bring to the field?
Only water will be allowed in the dugout. No food or drink will be allowed on the field. This also includes sunflower seeds and chewing gum.

What is needed to participate?
Anyone participating should bring a glove and bat.

If we qualify for a Royals coach or Alumni, do we get to pick who it is?
Participation will be based on availability, and we cannot guarantee requests.

Can my two ticket vouchers be redeemed at the same game?
Yes, you would select both vouchers during the redemption process.

Can I upgrade my free ticket voucher?
The free ticket voucher is good for the View Reserved section only.

What games can I redeem these tickets for?
These tickets are good for any game, excluding Opening Day, Cardinals, & Cubs while supplies last. Availability and game date selection are subject to change.

Can I hand my free parking voucher in at the parking gate?
You must redeem your parking voucher in advance for a parking ticket. No vouchers will be taken at Kauffman Stadium.

Can I use multiple 50% off vouchers for the same game?
Yes, you can select multiple vouchers during the voucher redemption process.

What sections are the 50% off vouchers good for?
Your 50% off ticket vouchers can be redeemed exclusively for Outfield Plaza, Home Run Plaza, Fountain Seats, and View Reserved.

What games can I use these vouchers for?
These vouchers are good for all games in tier 4, 5 &, 6.

Can I use multiple 20% off vouchers for the same game?
No, each voucher is good for up to 8 tickets. Each code is one-time use and cannot be used for multiple game dates.

What sections are the 20% off vouchers good for?
Your 20% off ticket vouchers can be redeemed exclusively for Outfield Plaza, Home Run Plaza, Fountain Seats, and View Reserved.

What games can I redeem this voucher for?
These tickets are good for any game, excluding Opening Day, Cardinals, and Cubs, while supplies last. Availability and game date selection are subject to change.

How many tickets can I get per voucher?
Each 20% off voucher is good for up to 8 tickets to one game. Each code is one-time use and cannot be used for multiple game dates.
