Redeem Ticket Vouchers

Click on the Access Vouchers link above.

Log into your My Royals Tickets account or create a new one if you do not already have one.

If you have purchased a voucher package, the vouchers should automatically appear in your voucher inventory.

• If you were given a voucher code, you can manually enter the code to add it to your account.

To redeem your vouchers, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Redeem.”

• To redeem multiple vouchers, click the checkbox next to each voucher after initially selecting “Redeem,” and then click “Continue.”
• Please note that you can only redeem the same voucher type per transaction (ex. a Select 64 voucher cannot be redeemed with a Holiday Pack voucher in the same transaction).

Next, click on the game you wish to attend.

To select the seats you would like, click into the designated sections on the interactive seating map.

• The number of seats covered by the voucher/s will depend on how many vouchers you chose to redeem.

You will have the option to purchase parking in the cart once you have selected tickets or you can visit royals.com/parking after purchasing.

Upon checkout, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Retrieve your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app and enjoy the game!
