What is the difference between a Special Themed Event and a promotion/giveaway?
Special Themed Events are held during select dates throughout the season and provide an opportunity for fans with shared interests to enjoy a game together. In order to receive access to the Special Themed Event item or exclusive game-day experience, fans MUST purchase a Special Themed Event ticket. Individual game ticket, season, or other plan purchases are not eligible for this offer. Packages cannot be purchased at Comerica Park Box Office windows.

If my Special Themed Event comes with an exclusive item, am I guaranteed to receive it?
Yes - fans are guaranteed the item or experience associated with their Special Themed Event.
Where do I pick up my Special Themed Event item?
Redeem your premium item by presenting your ticket barcode at the Group Kiosk (Sec. 332). Redemption is available from the times gates open until one (1) hour into the regularly scheduled game time.
Do I need anything to pick up my item?
You'll need your Tigers game ticket. A representative at Group Sales Kiosk will scan the barcode on your ticket to verify it's a Special Themed Event ticket and present you with your item.
How will I access my Special Themed Event Ticket?
Your ticket will only be available via the MLB Ballpark app. If purchasing for a group of 10 or more from a Tigers Group Representative, you will have the option to have your tickets printed.
If I have multiple Special Themed Event Tickets, can I pick up items for other members of my group?
Yes, one person may pick up multiple Special Themed Event items. You must present Special Themed Event tickets for each person/item being picked up.
