How many tickets can I purchase for a show?

The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for a show is restricted to the published ticket limit of that show. This applies for the entire duration a show is on sale and includes all points of purchase. 313 Presents & the Detroit Tigers reserve the right to change ticket limits on specific shows or offers at any time.

How do I access my concert tickets?

Billy Joel, The Stadium Tour, Elton John, Red Hot Chili Peppers: Please download the MLB Ballpark app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store with the email associated with your ticket purchase.

Is my event sold at full capacity?

While the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, the health and safety of our guests, staff and artists is the top priority. Unless noted, your event is being sold at full capacity. We continue to work closely with state and local health officials while following capacity guidelines and protocols set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We will monitor protocols and guidelines as they evolve and communicate updates or changes to ticket holders via email, 313Presents.com and our social channels.

How will I know if my show is postponed, cancelled or rescheduled?

Tigers.com will send an email to all ticket purchasers should an event postpone, reschedule or cancel. 313 Presents will also coordinate with the venue box office to send emails to those guests who purchased at the box office and provided an email during the purchase process.

What precautions are being taken at your venues?

We are in regular communications with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), local, state and federal health departments and agencies, as well as industry partners, leagues and other venues. We’re monitoring the situation in real time and making recommendations and decisions based on industry best practices, governmental agency recommendations, and knowledge of our people and our business.

Can I bring my purse or bag into the ballpark?

An updated no-bag policy has been implemented, permitting no bags, backpacks, purses or clutches, other than those required for medical reasons (including diaper bags, breast pumps or other medical necessities), into our venues. Single-compartment items smaller than 4" x 6" x 1.5" are permitted.

Is cash accepted in the ballpark?

We are a cashless venue. Conveniently convert your cash to a Visa card with NO FEES or extra charges at the Reverse-ATM. After you insert your cash into the kiosk, the dispensed card will hold the same exact value as the cash you inserted. Your Visa Card can be used to make purchases at the venue and at ANY LOCATION that accepts Visa.
