The top two division winners in each league receive byes to the Division Series. The other four teams in each league play best-of-three series in the Wild Card round, with the higher seed hosting all three games. Seattle holds the tiebreaker over Houston for the third AL Wild Card. Miami holds the tiebreaker over Chicago and Cincinnati for the third NL Wild Card, and Cincinnati holds the tiebreaker over Chicago. There are also
