Welcome to 2018, Season Ticket Holders! The Chicago White Sox believe that as a season ticket holder, you should receive the best seats and the best pricing. We have restructured our plans to ensure we are providing the best products and experiences for our most dedicated fans.

We have improved our game plans, exchange policies and payment options. We are confident that these changes will enhance your experience for seasons to come.

Benefits we offer all Season Ticket Holders

Payment Options

NEW: This year, the White Sox will provide all digital invoices. You can access and pay your 2018 invoice through your White Sox Account Manager.

In an effort to provide our Season Ticket Holders with a payment plan that best fits their needs, we are offering three different payment options for the 2018 season.

Option 1: FULL PAYMENT
Pay in full by Friday, December 15, 2017 through your White Sox Ticket Account Manager.

Option 2: STANDARD PAYMENT
Pay 50% of the value of your season package by Friday, December 15, 2017
Pay remaining 50% on Thursday, February 15, 2018.

Option 3: FLEX PAYMENT
Flexible payment option is based on plan.

5 Month Flexible Payment option is available for all 20 Game Plans.

  • 20% by Friday, December 15, 2017
  • 20% by Monday, January 15, 2018
  • 20% by Thursday, February 15, 2018
  • 20% by Thursday, March 15, 2018
  • 20% by Monday, April 16, 2018

7 Month Flexible payment option is available for 40 Game Plans, 81 Game Plans, Guaranteed Rate Club, Magellan Scout Seats and Full Season Diamond Suites. (7 payments of 14.29% of total bill)

Submitting Payment: You can conveniently submit payment and renew your plan online through your Account Manager. Log in to your account by entering your White Sox account number or E-Mail and password. If you have any questions about this process, or if you would like to change your plan for 2018, please contact your Client Service Executive.
