Sneakerheads, take note: The Brewers dropped a launch date for the limited edition Nike City Connect sneaker you might have seen teased on social media.
The custom Nike Air Max 1, in the colors and style of the new Brewers’ City Connect uniforms which debuted last month, will be exclusively available at MODA3 in Milwaukee’s Third Ward on Saturday at 9 a.m. CT. The first 200 fans to purchase the sneakers will receive a print from local artist Ric Stultz.
For those who cannot make it downtown on Saturday morning, a limited number of the City Connect sneakers will be available for sale to ticketed fans at that night’s Brewers-Yankees game at American Family Field.
The Brewers and Nike didn’t say how many pairs of sneakers will be available, only that “the release will be available in extremely limited quantities and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.” A limit of one pair per person in line will be enforced.
