Tickets for the Astros Foundation's fifth annual Picnic In The Park fundraising event, presented by Pluckers, are available for purchase now. Tickets are selling quickly, so fans are encouraged to reserve their tickets as soon as possible.
This year's event will take place on Sunday, June 11 following the Astros vs. LA Angels afternoon matchup. This popular fundraiser, which gives fans the rare opportunity to spend an afternoon on the outfield grass at Minute Maid Park, will feature 2017 Astros players, alumni and members of the Astros front office. All proceeds from the charitable event will benefit the Astros Foundation and its cornerstone youth baseball programs.
Fans will be treated to a 45-minute autograph session with Astros players, a picnic buffet, activities for families and children of all ages and a complimentary picnic mat and commemorative T-shirt.
There are two ticket packages for this year's Picnic In the Park. The Basic Package includes admission to Picnic In The Park, a ticket to the Astros 1:10 p.m. game vs. the LA Angels of Anaheim, buffet lunch, picnic mat, Picnic In The Park T-shirt and a door prize raffle ticket. The Premium Package, which is now sold out, includes a ticket to the game in the new Lexus Field Club Lounge (all food and drink included), visits from Astros legends throughout the game, a meet and greet with the 2017 Astros, an autograph item from your choice of Jose Altuve, Dallas Keuchel or George Springer, along with buffet lunch, picnic mat, Picnic In the Park T-Shirt, door prize raffle ticket and premium gift from the Astros Foundation.
Picnic In The Park begins approximately 45 minutes after the conclusion of Sunday's 1:10 p.m. game. Children two years of age or younger are admitted free with a ticketed adult. Youth tickets are available for fans 3-14 years old, and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Fans 15 years of age or older require an adult ticket. All tickets must be purchased in advance and are limited in availability, so fans are encouraged to purchase their Picnic In The Park tickets early.
