Director, Player Personnel
Aaron DelGiudice joined the Astros in 2016 spending two seasons as a Development Coach with the A+ Lancaster and AAA Fresno affiliates before relocating to Houston as part of the newly formed scouting analysis group, analyzing players across the domestic and international amateur landscape. Prior to the 2022 season, he joined the Player Personnel department helping to drive evaluation and acquisition decisions across the pro market. Prior to the 2026 season, he was promoted to Director of Player Personnel.
A Wallingford, CT native, DelGiudice graduated from the University of Tampa in 2013 with a degree in Sports Management before holding positions with Stats LLC, the New York Yankees and Baltimore Orioles prior to joining the Astros.
