Registration Information

Registration for the opportunity to purchase (the “Program”) a limited number of select face value tickets for 2023 Postseason Series (if any) games played by the Houston Astros ("Club") at Minute Maid Park, Houston, TX (the "Ballpark") will begin at 9:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on September 18, 2023, and end on the date(s) set forth for each applicable Postseason Series on the Registration Schedule below (the "Registration Period"). The Club will conduct random drawing(s) from among the pool of eligible registrations received during the Registration Period ("Eligible Registrations"). Eligible registrants selected in the random drawing(s) (each, a "Drawing Winner" and collectively, the "Drawing Winners") will receive the opportunity to purchase tickets for the American League Wild Card Series presented by Hankook Tire ("ALWCS"), the American League Division Series presented by Booking.com ("ALDS"), the American League Championship Series presented by loanDepot ("ALCS") and/or the World Series presented by Capital One ("WS") which may be played at the Ballpark (each, a "Postseason Series"). Tickets will be available to Drawing Winners on a first-come, first-served basis only while tickets remain. Being selected as a Drawing Winner does not guarantee you will be able to purchase ticket(s) for any Postseason Series. Exact date, times, ticket limits, game limits and instructions for ticket purchase for each applicable Postseason Series will be communicated by e-mail on dates selected by the Club to each Drawing Winner via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. If a Drawing Winner does not provide a valid e-mail address or follow the instructions in the e-mail(s), he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets through this Program. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular Eligible Registration will be selected. The likelihood of receiving the opportunity to purchase tickets through this Program depends on the number of Eligible Registrations received. Drawing Winners may not transfer this ticket purchase opportunity. The payment card billing address used to purchase your tickets must match the address provided on the registration form.

A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase tickets for the 2023 ALWCS and the ALDS at the Ballpark will be held on date(s) set forth below. Drawing Winners for the opportunity to purchase ALCS and WS tickets will be selected by random drawings at later dates and notified via e-mail with instructions on the ticket purchase process including dates, times and ticket limits for these sales. All Eligible Registrations, whether selected in a particular drawing or not, will continue to be eligible for subsequent drawing(s), if any. Tickets purchased in connection with the Program are for personal use only, and may not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions. Drawing Winners are eligible to claim a maximum of four (4) tickets per game in the ALWCS, ALDS, and ALCS and a maximum of two (2) tickets per game in the WS. Ticket limits are subject to change at the Club’s discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are selected as a Drawing Winner but the Club does not play in the applicable Postseason Series, you will not be offered the opportunity to purchase tickets for such Postseason Series. If you purchase ticket(s) for a game that is subsequently determined to be unnecessary for that Postseason Series, you will be refunded (see below for details).

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must, at the time of registration, (a) be a legal resident of the United States including its territories/commonwealths/possessions, (b) be eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states/territories where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority), and (c) have a MLB.com account. To register, you must login to your MLB.com account and complete and submit the registration form located above during the Registration Period. Limit one (1) registration per person. In the case of multiple registrations for the same individual, only the first registration received will be considered. Only registrations submitted to astros.com via the online form provided during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing(s). Registrations generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid. Please be sure to provide an accurate e-mail address at the time of registration. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. nor the Club is responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected or for registrations not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections.

Tickets purchased in connection with the drawing(s) are for personal use only, and may not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

NOTE: MLB game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Club tickets generally; as such, the Club from time to time in its sole discretion may amend policies.

Club Non-Played Game Postseason Ticket Return Policy:
astros.com Internet Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets through astros.com via the Internet will receive an automatic refund through a credit issued to the payment card used for the original ticket purchase (approximately two to three weeks after the last Club game). The actual ticket will have no cash value AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. The ticket holder will also receive a refund of the per ticket convenience fee. Per order Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Other than tickets to non-played games, all ticket sales are final and tickets may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Only eligible fans that have completed the ticket opportunity registration form during the Registration Period and have been declared a Drawing Winner will have the opportunity to purchase tickets through this Program.

Notification of selection and receipt of e-mail does not guarantee tickets for any of the Postseason Series games. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. The public on-sale will be a later date than this special pre-sale opportunity.

This Program is subject to the MLB.com Terms of Use and the information you provide will be treated in accordance with the MLB.com Privacy Policy.

By registering for this Program, each registrant waives and releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Houston Astros, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, lenders, advertisers, promotional agencies, directors, members, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, agents, employees, advisors, successors and assignees, and each individual or entity associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (a) any failure of a drawing to be conducted for any reason; (b) the actions of registrants or any other individuals in connection with any drawing; (c) injury or damage to such registrant's or other individual's computer(s), mobile device(s), or other equipment as a result of participation in the Program; (d) any loss, use, or disclosure of any registration and/or any registration data; (e) any participation in an opportunity to purchase tickets or any related activity; or (f) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any opportunity to purchase tickets or tickets purchased in connection with any drawing, including, without limitation, claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or liability for physical injury, death, or property damage. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the BOC, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations.
