BALTIMORE – White Sox No. 1 prospect infielder Caleb Bonemer has been selected to play in the 2026 MLB All-Star Futures Game scheduled for Sunday, July 12 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, the team announced Wednesday.
The 20-year-old Bonemer, the No. 16-ranked MLB.com prospect, has gone 65-for-268, slashing .243/.381/.526 with 17 doubles, 19 home runs, 51 RBI, 56 runs scored, 46 walks and a .907 OPS over 73 games at High-A Winston-Salem and Double-A Birmingham in 2026, his second pro season.
The 6-foot-1, 195-pound shortstop and third baseman was named the White Sox Minor League Player of the Month for April, hitting .284 (25-for-88) with eight doubles, 11 homers, 27 RBI and 22 runs scored with a 1.146 OPS for Winston-Salem.
Bonemer was named Carolina League MVP and a CL All-Star in 2025, a Baseball America Low-A All-Star and All Minor-League Second Team.
