On Thursday, March 27, the Braves will return to Summerhill, one of Atlanta’s most historic neighborhoods, to celebrate the 2025 season and return of Braves baseball. Fans can enjoy activations along bustling Georgia Avenue as the Braves take over to celebrate Opening Day on March 27 while the team is on the road facing the San Diego Padres.
Special appearances will be made by Braves entertainment teams, including BLOOPER, the Heavy Hitters, and Tomahawk Team. Fans can enjoy live performances and interactive elements, including a watch party, lawn games and contests, food and drinks from local restaurants, and more. Block party festivities will begin at 3:30 p.m. and First Pitch will take place at 4:10 p.m., with areas to view the Braves game set up along Georgia Avenue and Reed Street in the nearby courtyard and beer garden.
The Braves Country Road Trip: An All Star Experience will also make a stop at the Summerhill Opening Day Block Party, bringing an immersive All-Star activation for Braves fans. The activation features the following:
