Is tailgating allowed?

Do I need to wear a mask?

All fans age two and older are required to wear face coverings over nose and mouth while at American Family Field except when actively eating or drinking in their ticketed seat. Face shields and masks with exhalation valves do not meet the face mask requirement. There are no exceptions to this policy.

What if I get sick on gameday?

If you are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 as defined by the CDC, please do not visit American Family Field for any reason. If symptoms develop while attending an event at American Family Field, you should immediately leave the ballpark.

Can I move around the ballpark?

Fans must remain in their ticketed seats in the seating bowl to watch games and refrain from congregating elsewhere in the Ballpark. You are welcome to leave your seating area for restrooms and concessions.

Where can I eat my food?

Food and beverages can only be consumed in assigned seating locations and must not be consumed in concourses, at drink rails, in line at concessions, or in the Team Store.

Can I bring my own food?

Carry-in food or snacks are not permitted in the Ballpark. Soda, water, or juice in factory-sealed plastic bottles is permitted (one per person, no larger than 32 ounces).

How are you enforcing social distancing?

Fans are asked to keep a distance of 6-feet outside of your seating pod and maintain social distancing when waiting in line at Ballpark entrances, concessions, restrooms, and Team Stores.

Can I get close to the field?

Fans are prohibited from standing or congregating in the first two rows near the playing field. A 6-foot separation between ticketed fans and on-field personnel must always be observed, whether during batting practice or games.

Where can I find hand sanitizer?

Frequently wash your hands with soap and water, which are available in all restrooms. Hand sanitizer can also be used and is available at stations located outside restrooms, Guest Relations, and gate areas.

Can I bring my kids?

Children ages 12 and under are welcome at American Family Field but will require a ticket to enter the ballpark and need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

I don’t have a mobile phone. How can I get my ticket?

If you are unable to utilize digital tickets, please visit the Brewers Ticket Office for assistance.

Can I use credit cards at American Family Field?

Yes, credit cards, debit cards or other forms of cashless payments are required for all purchases at American Family Field. We are 100% cashless for parking, concessions and retail.
