About Kids Crew Membership
Who is eligible for Kids Crew?

All Brewers fans 14 years old and younger are eligible to be part of the Kids Crew.

Why do I need to register my membership?

First, welcome to Kids Crew presented by U.S. Bank. To ensure you receive important, time-sensitive information about events, benefits and voucher redemption, please register your membership. This will ensure you'll be the first to know about all the great events and activities available to members. In addition, this ensures you will get important communications regarding event changes. You will only receive emails related to Kids Crew, and information is not shared with any third parties or other organizations.

What do I need to do if my child received Kids Crew as a gift?

Be sure to register their membership so that your family will get all the latest updates about Kids Crew events and voucher redemption. We will send out an email when event RSVPs and voucher redemption begins. You can then start planning your Kids Crew outings to the ballpark. And of course, don't forget to schedule the ballpark tour in the 2022 season.

Ballpark tour vouchers are in your Kids Crew booklets for your free tour. Updated Public Tour information is not available at this time. For updates, please check brewers.com/tours

Purchasing a Kids Crew Membership
Where can I purchase Kids Crew memberships?

Kids Crew memberships are sold online or directly through our Ticket Box offices. To speak directly to a sales representative, call 414-902-4000.

How do I purchase a Kids Crew kit and send it to someone as a gift?

Kids Crew Kits can be delivered to an address that is different than that of the person purchasing it. Simply input the address in the 'Delivery Address' field.

Can I send multiple kits to different addresses?

Split delivery is not available with Kids Crew packages. If you would like to order multiple Kids Crew Kits and have them shipped to different locations then you should complete those transactions separately.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Kids Crew Holiday Delivery is guaranteed on membership purchases prior to Thursday, December 16th, 2021. If you have any questions related to your order and delivery, please email [email protected]. Please note that we are out of office from Thursday December 23rd through Friday December 31st with limited access to email. For prompt responses, please email questions or concerns prior to December 23rd.

Ticket Information
How do I redeem ticket vouchers

Ticket vouchers are redeemable when Brewers single game tickets go on sale in February. Please be sure to register your membership to ensure your inclusion in email updates.

To redeem vouchers, follow the instructions detailed on the Redeem Ticket Vouchers page or you can redeem vouchers in person by visiting the Milwaukee Brewers Ticket Office and presenting the ticket voucher along with Member ID Badge.

Can I upgrade my Kids Crew tickets?

Vouchers may be used as a credit towards tickets in select upgrade locations, subject to availability. Vouchers are not valid for bleacher seating, nor are they valid with any other discount or programs. For additional information, please call 414-902-4000.

Is a Kids Crew membership refundable?

There are no refunds on Kids Crew kits. Kids Crew is a membership program that includes perks and benefits, like Early Entry to the Ballpark and FREE vouchers for Brewers tickets. The package price is based on the kit items.

Kids Crew Events
How do the Kids Crew events work?

For events such as Early Entry, be sure to bring your Kids Crew I.D badge or proof of a membership purchase to enter. If you are unable to provide your 2022 Kids Crew I.D badge or proof of your membership purchase, your entry will be delayed until we can verify proof of current membership. Early Entry lineup is at our Clocktower entrance 2 hours prior to the start of the game. To be notified when event information becomes available, be sure to register your membership or email [email protected].

Do I need to sign up for events?

To be notified of when events are announced, be sure to register your membership.

Emails will contain specific details about the event, including arrival time, check-in location, etc.

What happens if there are changes to a scheduled event?

All Kids Crew events are subject to change at the discretion of the Milwaukee Brewers. To be notified of any event changes, be sure to register your membership.
