How do seat credits work?
Build Your Own Pack purchasers receive one “seat/game credit” for each game included in the BYO Pack purchased. These seat credits cannot be combined, so 6-packs must attend 6 games, 12-packs attend 12 games and 20-packs attend 20 games. That means, for example, if you want to 2 people to go to every game within your pack, you will need to purchase 2 BYO packs.
How do I select my games?
Build Your Own Pack purchasers will access their BYO account via brewers.com/byo or in the Ballpark App on the Build Your Own Pack link within the Brewers tab, and from there select their desired game and location in that redemption flow. Tickets will then be automatically transferred to MLB Ballpark App for use on gameday. Tickets will be visible in the MLB Ballpark app by March 1, 2026.
Where are my seats located?
Seating options are based on the location that was purchased within your pack. You can reserve seats for the same location at no cost or upgrade/downgrade locations as desired. The sooner games are selected, the more likely you are to get better seats in your desired sections.
Can I upgrade my tickets?
Yes, ticket upgrades are available dependent upon the location you purchased. When making a reservation for your game, you would select a price level above what you purchased in your plan and upon checkout, you will be prompted to pay the difference in rate.
Downgrades are also available if your desired game is full in your selected price level, but a lower price level may have availability. Note, if you downgrade your location, no additional credit will be given.
What if I want to bring more people to a game?
Build Your Own Pack members can purchase guest passes at the regular individual game rate for each game and bring additional family and friends and sit all together.
Can I cancel, change, exchange my game selections?
In the Build Your Own Pack portal, you can cancel a current reservation up until 24 hours before the game. If you want to change seats or exchange games, cancel your current reservation to get your seat credits loaded back into your account. You can then start a new reservation for different seats for the same game or change games entirely.
Can I forward these tickets?
It’s recommended to forward/transfer tickets through the Build Your Own Pack portal for full transaction visibility.
Is every home game available for reservation?
There are no Blackout Dates for 20-pack buyers. Blackout Dates for 12-pack buyers include 5/23, 6/27 and 6/28. Blackout Dates for 6-pack buyers include 3/26, 5/9, 5/23, 6/27, 6/28, and 8/8.
When can I select my games?
2026 game selection is available anytime after purchase of a Build Your Own plan. Due to holds for Season Ticket Memberships, inventory will be limited until February 2026.
When will barcodes be available in the Ballpark App ticket inventory?
Barcodes will display starting 6 hours before game time.
What Postseason benefits can I get with a Build Your Own Pack?
20-pack and 12-pack purchasers will receive presale access to select Postseason games before the general public on sale date. 6-pack purchasers have no postseason presale access.
What do I do if I need ADA seating?
Members that require ADA seating can indicate so within their account settings and ADA seats will be automatically filtered during the seat reservation process. An ADA seat filter can also be manually selected during the seat reservation process. Can I purchase parking?
Parking is not included in the Build Your Own Packs. Advanced Parking can be purchased by game starting in February 2026 at brewers.com/parking.
