At check-in, every Season Ticket Holder with an all-access weekend pass will receive an exclusive wristband. These wristbands should be worn for the duration of Cubs Convention to take advantage of the VIP Season Ticket Holder benefits. The Season Ticket Holder wristbands are nontransferable. Please see the schedule of events below so you don’t miss opportunities to meet and hear from your favorite Cubs.

STH Lounge

Season Ticket Holders will have exclusive access to the STH Lounge located in the east end of Levels 2 & 3. Relax, charge your smartphone, grab a snack or drink, and talk Cubs baseball with fellow Season Ticket Holders and select Cubs alumni (scheduled to appear throughout the day Saturday). Guests must be wearing their Season Ticket Holder wristband to be granted access to this exclusive area during the hours listed below.

  • 3rd Floor Jim Beam STH Lounge: Primary location for Cubs player Q&As (no autographs)
  • 2nd Floor STH Lounge: Primary location for Cubs alumni autographs

Hours of Operation:

  • Friday 3-8 p.m.
  • Saturday 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

*The 3rd Floor STH Lounge is open to all Cubs Convention attendees outside of these specified hours.

STH Experience Room

Located on the second level in the Missouri Room. This room will be accessible exclusively to Season Ticket Holders who will have the opportunity to view higher end artifacts that have never been publicly seen before. Cubs alumni and the Cubs official team historian will also be appearing on-site.

Preferred Seating

Season Ticket Holders will be granted access to a preferred seating area for all Q&A sessions Saturday at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. Seats will be reserved in the first few rows for each event and are available on a first-come, first-served basis to guests wearing their Season Ticket Holder wristband.
