For single game tickets, conveniently upgrade your original seats at a reduced rate. Upgrade options are available on the D-backs Club Page of the MLB Ballpark app (3) hours prior to first pitch; your upgraded locations will be viewable in the MLB Ballpark app on the D-backs Club Page using your Ticketmaster account (upgrade locations not valid for entry).

Managing Your Tickets with SafeTix
Please note that your game tickets will have a rotating barcode. Screenshots are not allowed and will fail to scan. Fans are encouraged to add their tickets to their Apple or Google Wallet prior to arriving at Chase Field. Fans doing this need to have their NFC turned on for their phone and should make sure that is set before getting in line.
D-bucks
D-bucks can be used at Chase Field to buy concessions and merchandise anywhere credit cards are accepted. It's a hassle-free way to enjoy the game! D-bucks expire at the end of the game date printed on your ticket, unless otherwise specified. More Info
Limited Collectible Ticket
If you purchased one of the three (3) different Collectible Tickets, please note that your collectible ticket will be delivered post event. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Looking to purchase a Limited Collectible Ticket? Purchase one here.
Gate Entry
- Please make sure to have your phone ready to further minimize traffic at the improved entry gains.
- We have a very strict clear bag policy at Chase Field. Please review our policy here.
Re-entry Policy On Giveaway Days
On giveaway days, re-entry will be located at the Glass Doors north of Gate A and the Glass Doors in between Gates K & J while giveaways are present. If you wish to exit and re-enter, you will need to receive a re-entry card from a Guest Services Representative at the Gate A Exit, Gate J Exit, or Gate K Exit. Game tickets will not be scanned out. All guests are subject to security re-screening upon re-entry. A valid game ticket must be presented with the re-entry card as you make your way back into Chase Field.
Once giveaways have been fully exhausted, the Glass Doors will shut down, and re-entry will be available at any gate. Similar to the above, all guests are subject to security re-screening and must present a valid game ticket with their re-entry card upon making their way back into Chase Field. If you are exiting Chase Field during this time, your ticket will be scanned out.
Gate Opening Times (2026)
- Gates will open 90 minutes before first pitch for Sunday-Friday games.
- Gates will open 2 hours before first pitch for Saturday games.
- Gates will open for Advantage Members “Early Entry” 30 minutes prior to the main gates on Fridays at Gates B & J, on Saturdays at Gates B & J, and the History and Championship Museum Entrance for 20+ year members.
