Frequently Asked Questions

When can I purchase tickets for Faith & Family Night 2019?

Groups of 15+ can begin to reserve seats now by calling their D-backs rep, or by calling 602.462.4600. Single game tickets, including the VIP On-Field Ticket Pack, will be available for purchase on this webpage in March.

What is a VIP On-Field Pass? Can I buy one separately from the VIP On-Field Pass Ticket Pack?

An on-field pass allows you access on the field after the game for the fireworks, player testimonials, and concert. This designated, private area is located on the infield, and is just feet away from the stage. The only way to purchase the VIP On-Field pass is through the VIP On-Field Pass Ticket Pack, which includes a Lower Level Baseline Reserve seat and a VIP On-Field Pass. Unfortunately no section substitutions can be made at this time.

How will I get my on-field pass if I purchased the VIP On-Field Ticket Pack?

VIP On-Field passes will be available for pick-up on the day of the event (September 13). More details will be emailed to the email address you provided upon purchase (please be sure it is an email you check often). You will have access to your game ticket as soon as you make the purchase, on your D-backs Account.

Are the festivities before or after the game?

All Faith & Family Night festivities are after the game. After the final out is recorded, there will be fireworks, player testimonials, and an hour long concert by For King & Country.

Do I have to stay in my seat after the game is over?

No! Once the final out is recorded, we encourage guests to move wherever there are open seats to get the best view of the postgame festivities.

Where is the stage going to be?

The stage will be set up directly behind 2nd base in shallow Center Field.

How can my church sing the National Anthem?

For the third straight year, your church choir, worship team, or members of your congregation can be a part of our Church Choir Night as part of Faith & Family Night. A game ticket is required for all participants.
