Guest Code of Conduct

Please be aware that the Philadelphia Phillies have developed and implemented comprehensive COVID-19 specific policies and protocols for the safety of our fans, players, and staff. These policies for the Safety Around Fan Experience (S.A.F.E) have been developed in conjunction with MLB, the City of Philadelphia, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Safety guidelines: In accordance with the City’s recently-updated safety guidelines, fans are strongly encouraged to wear masks in indoor spaces at the ballpark. Fans are reminded to bring their own mask if they will be in an indoor area at Citizens Bank Park.

Please visit for these important requirements and recommendations, as well as need-to-know information when it comes to parking and ballpark entry, seating and ticketing, and fan safety.

Also, please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at Citizens Bank Park by not:

  • Interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game;
  • Using/displaying foul or abusive language or gestures;
  • Appearing to be intoxicated or in a diminished capacity;
  • Failing to produce a ticket upon request or sitting in a seat that does not match your ticket;
  • Entering the playing field or interfering with a ball in play;
  • Entering the seating area while play is in progress;
  • Smoking;
  • Throwing objects onto the field or within the ballpark; or
  • Otherwise being disorderly.

Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Repeated offenses will result in the loss of ticket privileges.
