Welcome to Live-In Drive-In a drive-in concert series featuring LIVE performances on stage in the parking lot at Citizens Bank Park. The series allows you to enjoy live concerts, while still maintaining social distancing from the comfort of your own individual vehicle.

Safety is our top priority, and each event will comply with the most current health and safety standards per local jurisdictions and state regulations in order to protect fans, artists, crews and staff.

SAFETY FIRST

The safety of fans, artists, crews and staff is our top priority. Our drive-in shows are designed to maximize social distancing, and every event will meet the most current local health and safety standards, as well as state regulations. Fans are to remain in their vehicle while enjoying the performance.

MASKS

All venue staff are required to wear masks.

Masks will also be required for anyone outside of your vehicle. Please check back and look out for pre-show communication via email and socials as this information is subject to change.

The Live-In Drive-In concert series is a reimagined live concert experience with artists performing full sets on an outdoor stage complete with lighting and large LED screens so you can experience the show from the safety of your own vehicle on the lot. When arriving on site to the event, FM frequency information will be given to you by one of the concert ambassadors specially designed and delivered via your in-vehicle FM radio. This will ensure there is no lag in receiving the sound inside your vehicle and you can turn it up in accordance with your own comfort level.

One ticket per vehicle gets you and your friends your own socially distanced, vehicle space.

SANITIZING / RESTROOMS

Each restroom unit is equipped with hand sanitizer and each restroom cluster has a handwashing sink. Cleaning staff will also be sanitizing high-touch areas before, during and after the show, with increased frequency throughout the concerts. Guests must wear a protective mask / face covering when leaving their vehicles to utilize the restroom area. This area will be monitored by event staff for current health and safety standards per local jurisdictions and state regulations for social distancing.

EXITING

Please pay attention to all exit announcements as well as the instruction from parking attendants at the end of the show. This will allow everyone to get out efficiently and in a timely manner.

How many tickets do I need to purchase?

There is a ticket purchase limit of 1 ticket per person. The ticket entitles you to have 1 vehicle enter with up to 4 total people. Vehicles with more than four occupants will be turned away without refund.

Can I transfer tickets to a friend?

Tickets are non-transferrable and can only be scanned once. Your party must arrive in the same vehicle.

Can I buy tickets on-site?

We recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Subject to space available, a limited number of tickets will be available onsite. CREDIT CARD ONLY. No cash accepted.

What does it mean to purchase a ticket and what will that look like?

Your ticket will allow for your vehicle location to include socially distanced space around your vehicle. Each space will be approximately 17 ft wide x 17 ft deep. Your space will be divided into 2 areas: one will be utilized as a parking space for your vehicle and the second as a socially distanced space between your party and the next that the staff on site will identify upon your arrival. The socially distanced space will be yours for the duration of the event to utilize when entering and exiting your vehicle if you need to use a restroom. In compliance with the most current health and safety standards per local jurisdictions and state regulations, guests are not permitted to use their additional parking space to congregate or view the concert.

Are there VIP tickets?

Yes. Gold zone tickets give fans exclusive access to the front-most section of the drive-in lot parking spaces nearest the stage. Gold zone purchasers will enter via an exclusive VIP entrance on Phillies Drive. Please note spaces are general admission and vehicles will be parked in the order of arrival.

Can I bring a large vehicle?

We are sorry. Buses, large trucks (anything larger than 4 wheels), recreational vehicles, limousines and other oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Are spaces reserved or general admission?

Spaces are general admission within each price level (also known as your color zone). Please keep your ticket out and ready to show to our staff at multiple checkpoints until your vehicle is parked. You may not reserve a space for yourself or anyone else next to you.

How are spaces assigned?

Spaces will be assigned by price level (also known as your color zone). Within each color zone, cars will be parked in order of arrival by our parking team.

Are ADA spaces available?

Yes, and instructions will be provided at the time of arrival to help with any accommodations. Weā€™re here to help.

Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Yes! While grills, BBQ pits, open fires, tents and the like are not permitted, you are welcome to bring your own pre-cooked food and beverages and keep them inside your vehicle at all times. Please note outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. As always, underage drinking will not be tolerated, and we insist that you drink responsibly. Designated drivers are always encouraged.

Will food and beverage be provided on-site?

Yes. There will be a menu of food items and beverages available. Please check back and look out for pre-show communication via emails and social for more information on concession offerings.

Am I required to wear a mask while attending the show?

Masks will be required for anyone outside of your vehicle in compliance with the most current health and safety standards per local jurisdictions and state regulations. Please be sure to put your mask on before exiting your vehicle.

Will restrooms be provided?

Yes, portable, single-stall restrooms will be available for your use, but keep reading, this one is important. When travelling to and from restroom facilities, guests are required to wear a mask as well as maintain social distancing. Your safety is our priority and for that reason, restrooms facilities will be sanitized in accordance with the most current local guidelines.

What health and safety protocols are in place for your staff?

All staff are subjected to a temperature check and a health screening before each shift. Additionally, employees are required to wear a mask. Frequent use of hand sanitizer is encouraged and readily available. These measures will be in line with the most current health and safety standards per local jurisdictions and state regulations for social distancing.

How do I access Citi Presale?

Citi cardmembers have access to presale tickets first beginning Tuesday, July 21 at Noon EST through Thursday, July 23 at 10 PM EST.

To unlock access to the presale, Citi cardmembers must enter the first 6-digits of their CitiĀ® credit card or CitibankĀ® Debit Card and use their Citi card at checkout to complete the order.

COVID-19 WARNING

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists, and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending Live-In Drive-In concerts.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guest with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending the Live-In Drive-In concerts, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
