BayCare Ballpark Know Before You Go

The Philadelphia Phillies are excited to welcome you to BayCare Ballpark. Below is some important information to enhance your game day experience.

• Be sure to check out the New Foods, Gear and Fandom for Spring Training Games

• ALL tickets and parking passes will be via mobile delivery through the free MLB Ballpark app.
• Please note, screenshots of your digital tickets WILL NOT be accepted for entry into BayCare Ballpark.
• Be sure to download the MLB Ballpark app - App Store | Google Play - in advance to access your mobile ticket.
• Use the email address from your ticket purchase to log in and view your tickets.
• ACCESS YOUR TICKETS BEFORE COMING TO THE GAME. For those with an Apple device, we advise you to proactively add your tickets to the Apple wallet before arriving.
• Please forward tickets to others in your group to help expedite entry. Please note, screenshots of your digital tickets will NOT be accepted for entry into BayCare Ballpark.

• Please have the barcodes ready on your phone BEFORE going through the metal detectors.

Bag Policy

Medical bags, tote bags and diaper bags can be no larger than 16" x 16" x 8" and will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations.

Guests may discard or return the prohibited items to their vehicle.

Ballpark Access

• All gates will open at 11 a.m.

• All parking for Phillies games at BayCare Ballpark will accept payment methods of cash or credit/debit cards.

• Please have your mobile parking pass loaded PRIOR to getting to the lot entrance. Show the pass to the parking attendant when asked.

• BEFORE approaching the gates, please have your ticket barcode(s) ready on your phone.

  • New FREE Phillies WiFi: As soon as fans approach the ballpark gates, they will now have high-speed access to the Internet, as well as apps such as MLB Ballpark and MLB At Bat, allowing digital tickets and more to be downloaded faster than ever.

Concessions & Merchandise

• Concession and merchandise purchases will accept payment methods of cash or credit/debit cards. An ATM will be available behind section 105 on the main concourse next to Customer Service.
