Dugout Philadelphia Insurance Club (Rows 1 - 3)

• Unlimited food and beverage credit per ticket/per game.
• The credit on each ticket may not be used to obtain food/beverages for anyone other than the Dugout Philadelphia Insurance Club ticket holder. Gratuity is at your discretion and cannot be applied from your ticket credit. The Phillies reserve the right to eliminate the credit if it is being used inappropriately.

Preferred Philadelphia Insurance Club (Rows 5 - 9)

• $30 of credit per ticket/per game - credit is good for food/beverage/merchandise.

Standard Philadelphia Insurance Club (Rows 10 - 19)

• Does not include credit.

Philadelphia Insurance Club Restaurant

The Phillies and Aramark are proud to partner with LaScala’s Fire as the culinary partner for the Philadelphia Insurance Club. Please visit the Philadelphia Insurance Club Host Stand upon entering if you wish to dine in our full-service restaurant where you will be seated with a server. Duration

You will have the opportunity to take advantage of this dining option from the time you arrive at the ballpark until the 7th inning or two hours after the scheduled start of the game, whichever comes first. To view first pitch from your seats, we suggest being seated for restaurant service approximately 45 minutes prior to first pitch.

Premium Concessions

• An upscale concession area is available in the Clubhouse Lounge. This location will feature specialty food items along with traditional ballpark fare. This location will remain open until the conclusion of the game.
• Chef’s Stations - We are pleased to feature two chef prepared food stations within the Clubhouse Lounge. In partnership with LaScala’s Fire, a Build Your Own Salad Bar and an additional Chef Station will rotate periodically. Both stations will be available for take-out and restaurant service. For guests not dining in the restaurant, you can order at the Philadelphia Insurance Club Host Stand. The host will present you with a voucher to redeem at the station.
• Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers & Chickie’s and Pete’s Crab Fries (Home Plate - Section 126) - The Phillies and Aramark are proud to announce the addition of Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers to Citizens Bank Park. This location will also serve Chickie’s and Pete’s Crab Fries. Freddy’s restaurant will also feature an exclusive line for all Philadelphia Insurance Club members. You can access this line via Suite and Club - Homeplate Lobby, right next to the steps leading down to the club.
• Ice Cream Sundae Bar - We are pleased to present a soft serve ice cream sundae bar. Soft serve vanilla and chocolate ice cream will be available complete with a wide variety of sundae toppings. The Ice Cream Sundae Bar will be located on the first base side of the club, right next to the doors leading out to section E.

In-Seat Service

You don't have to miss a single pitch! The Phillies and Aramark offer food and beverage service at your seat. A menu will be provided for you, and servers assigned exclusively to the Philadelphia Insurance Club will assist you with your orders.

• In-seat service will begin 30 minutes prior to first pitch and continue until the end of the 8th inning. The Pitcher's Bar inside the Philadelphia Insurance Clubhouse Lounge will remain open until approximately one half-hour post-game. Please note: after the 7th inning, alcohol may only be purchased at the Pitcher's Bar inside the Clubhouse Lounge.
• Gratuity is at the member's discretion.

Bar Service

Two full-service bars are featured in the Clubhouse Lounge. Both bars will serve a full array of beers, wines, and mixed drinks from the time gates open until the 7th inning or two hours after the scheduled start of the game, whichever comes first. The Pitcher's Bar will then remain open until approximately one half-hour post-game.

Cadillac Hall of Fame Club

Your Dugout Philadelphia Insurance Club amenities credit can be used within the Cadillac Hall of Fame Club.

• During the offseason, the club underwent a full renovation, transforming the interior of the club with redesigned spaces and thoughtfully integrated gathering areas to create a more social, contemporary game-day experience. The updated setting offers an intimate, premium environment ideal for both business entertaining and social occasions.
• Be sure to visit the all-new Cooperstown Gallery featuring a newly curated collection of Phillies milestones and memorabilia.

Philadelphia Insurance Club Policy and Procedures

The Phillies are pleased to offer a variety of services at Citizens Bank Park, and we ask that you and your guests enjoy these amenities responsibly. Please keep in mind that the Phillies and Aramark reserve the right to refuse service to anybody who appears to be intoxicated. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

• Scanning Tickets - As a reminder, in addition to your Philadelphia Insurance Club ticket being scanned when you enter the ballpark, they will also be scanned upon entry into the Philadelphia Insurance Club.
• Wristbands - Each Philadelphia Insurance Club member will be issued a wristband when entering the Philadelphia Insurance Club area. The wristband will allow you to enter and exit the Philadelphia Insurance Club with ease and will uphold the exclusivity of our premium areas. We kindly ask that you do not remove your wristband if you wish to access the Philadelphia Insurance Club.
• All Philadelphia Insurance Club members have access to the Cadillac Hall of Fame Club.
• Citizens Bank Park is a smoke free facility.
• The Phillies and Aramark reserve the right to cease alcohol sales at any point.

2026 Gate Times

Monday-Friday Games

• All Gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch
• Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate will open two hours prior to first pitch

Saturday and Sunday Games

• All Gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch
• Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate will open 2.5 hours prior to first pitch

The Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate open early each day (Monday-Friday: 2 hours prior to game time; Saturday-Sunday: 2½ hours prior to game time), providing access to the main concourse from Pass and Stow and the New Era Team Store, through the outfield, to The Yard. During this time, Philadelphia Insurance Club ticket holders may access the club seating bowl and Clubhouse Lounge by using the stairs from the main concourse between sections 125/126. Simply display your Philadelphia Insurance Club ticket to gameday staff to access the stairs between 125/126. Please note that all food and beverage service inside the club and in the seating bowl will begin 90 minutes before first pitch.
