Our guests enjoy spectacular views of the game from the 70 suites located on the Dell EMC Suite Level. These suites are licensed on a multi-game basis, ranging from 10 to 81 games.

Dell EMC Suite Level ticketholders have access to the suites during normal gate openings. Gates open 90 minutes prior to game time. Additionally, guests can remain in their suites up to 30 minutes after the last pitch.

Dell EMC Suite Level ticketholders also have access to the Hall of Fame Club. Please keep your suite ticket with you at all times.

The suite administrator is the individual within your company who is responsible for scheduling and distributing suite tickets. The suite administrators and licensees are the sole parties allowed to purchase additional tickets for the Dell EMC Suite Level. Any person other than those authorized must work with this designated person to purchase extra suite tickets. Additionally, the suite administrator has access to manage his/her suite inventory online through phillies.com/mytickets

Extra suite tickets can be emailed to the suite administrator, or they can be left at VIP will call. VIP will call is located on Pattison Avenue, near the entrance to McFadden's Restaurant.

Children 2 years of age and younger do not need a ticket for entry into Citizens Bank Park. Children who are 3 years of age and older will need a ticket to gain access to the ballpark.

Each Dell EMC Suite Level package includes a limited number of Gold and/or Preferred parking passes, which are distributed to the suite holder prior to the start of the season. These passes give the guests access to any preferred lot, shown in gold on the map linked above.

Guests who are not provided with a preferred parking pass may park in any lot labeled "cash" for a fee of $18, depending on availability.

Suite clients have access to three televisions within the suite. Check your in-suite channel guide for the list of programming options.

For your convenience, all suite guests have access to a telephone within the suite. The following options are available:

  • Concierge button: This connects you to the Home Plate Concierge desk for any questions or comments you may have.
  • Aramark button: For all of your catering needs before and during the game.

For your convenience, if you need to leave a ticket or for a late-arriving guest, you may do so at the VIP Will Call window located on Pattison Avenue. Your guests will need a photo ID to claim tickets. Once in your Suite, you may also drop off tickets with the Home Plate Concierge Desk staff, and they will deliver the tickets to VIP Will Call for you.

If you or one of your suite guests needs to accommodate a wheelchair, please let us know. Each suite on the Dell EMC Suite Level is equipped with two removable stadium seats. If you would like to request that the stadium seats be removed in advance of your arrival, please call the Suite Office at 215-218-5112. This can also be done on the day of game by calling the Concierge Desk from your in-suite phone.

Recycling

All suites are equipped with specially-marked containers for trash and recycling. As part of our Red Goes Green Initiative, please help us to do our part to preserve the environment. If you find either container full during the game, please contact the Concierge Desk from your in-suite phone.

Lost & Found

After each game, security personnel will conduct a sweep of the Dell EMC Suite Level and collect any items left behind. To inquire about lost items, please contact the Sales Office at 215-463-5000. The Phillies are not responsible for personal belongings left behind in your suite, but we'll do our best to help you recover them.

Other Amenities

All Dell EMC suites include two refrigerators, individual ice makers, and an in-suite restroom. If you experience problems with any of these amenities, please call the Concierge Desk at 215-218-5153.

Items such as programs, T-shirts, balls, hats, and jerseys are available.

Items may be shipped in advance or delivered to your suite.

Phillies Alumni

Alumni are available to take pictures, sign autographs, share stories from their playing days, and socialize with your guests. Pricing starts at $500 for one hour. Please contact the Suite office at 215-218-5112 for more information.

Balloons

Red, white and blue balloons can be placed in the suite for any special occasion that you may be celebrating. Please contact the suite sales office to make arrangements.

Catering

Aramark, the Phillies' exclusive catering company, can take care of all your food & beverage needs for the suite.

Advanced Ordering

Advanced ordering provides you with the opportunity to order from a menu that features much more variety than our standard event day menu. Additionally, all special requests can be easily accommodated.

Advanced orders are due by 3 p.m. according the following schedule:

  • Game Day - Order by 3 p.m.
  • Monday game - order by Friday
  • Tuesday game - order by Friday
  • Wednesday game - order by Monday
  • Thursday game - order by Tuesday
  • Friday game - order by Wednesday
  • Saturday & Sunday games - order by Thursday

Did you miss the advance order deadline? Don't worry; there is a day of game menu that is available in your suite. Please contact your Aramark server when you arrive.
