Season Ticket Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I renew my current season tickets?

The Phillies will email current season ticket holders information regarding renewal in August 2026.

If your plan is already set to auto-renew, we will charge your payment method on file in accordance with your current payment plan. All season ticket plans will automatically renew on a recurring basis each season until you cancel, but the Phillies reserve the right in their sole discretion to refuse to renew season tickets for any subsequent season. The purchase of season tickets and/or the purchase of playoff tickets during a season does not create any right to purchase tickets to games beyond that season. Any oral or implied statement or action to the contrary is of no force and effect.

If you are renewing a season ticket plan that was not previously set to auto-renew, you can pay for your season tickets once in receipt of your renewal statement in a variety of ways:

  • Online - By logging in to your account or your personal renewal portal and pay with a credit card..
  • By Phone - By calling 215-463-1000, select Option 2.

The Phillies accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Q: What is tenure and how does it factor into my season ticket plan?

Tenure is factored by how long you consistently maintain your season ticket plan year after year. If you do not renew your plan for a season, your tenure starts over back at zero. Tenure is extremely important as we use it to factor in priority access for presales, Postseason tickets, relocations, and more.

Q: How do I opt out of the automatic renewal of my season ticket plan?

All Phillies season ticket plans will automatically renew on a recurring basis each season, subject to the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions, until canceled. You may cancel your season ticket plan at any time by visiting www.phillies.com/optout, via your Phillies My Ticket account, or by contacting the Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-1000.

Opt-outs received prior to September 1 of any year will be effective for the next upcoming season. Opt-outs received after September 1 of any year will be effective for the season following the upcoming season. For example, if you submit an opt-out request prior to September 1, 2026, your season ticket plan will terminate following the 2026 season and will not renew for the 2027 season. If you submit an opt-out request after September 1, 2026, your season ticket plan will renew for the 2027 season but not for the 2028 season.

Q: How and when can a Season Ticket Holder relocate their season tickets?

NEW FOR 2027! We are excited to introduce an online seat relocation event that will occur in fall 2026. During your scheduled timeframe, you will have the opportunity to move your seats to another location or plan based on availability. Online relocation priority is based on your STH tenure, seating location, and ticket package. You must stay opted-in or renew before the Friday, September 18 deadline and make your first payment on or before September 18, 2026 to gain access to the online relocation event later in the fall.

We will send more information closer to the event on when and how you can access the online relocation event. Please note, that due to high expected renewal rates, specific seat relocations or additions may be limited.

Q: When will I have access to my 2027 season tickets?

Season tickets will be available exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app and your My Tickets account. Accounts that are paid in full will have access to their ticket inventory beginning in February.

Accounts who are unable to access their tickets digitally that wish to request printed physical tickets must contact the Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-1000 to speak with a sales representative. Any requests for physical tickets will be printed on in-house ticket stock and the account holder will incur an additional printing fee of $60 for partial season accounts and $120 for full season accounts.

Q: What age do children require a ticket for admission into the park?

Any child three years of age and older is required to have a ticket to the game.

Q: What happens if I cannot attend a game on my season ticket plan?

Season Ticket Holders have the ability to forward their tickets to family, friends etc. through their phillies.com/mytickets account. Season Ticket Holders can also donate tickets for games they cannot attend to five separate charitable organizations up to 72 hours before the game is played through their phillies.com/mytickets account.

Season tickets may be exchanged exclusively online up to 72 hours in advance of the game for any of the pre-selected dates throughout the season. Exchanges are based on availability. Please note, season ticket locations are the only tickets that can be exchanged. Philadelphia Insurance Club and Cadillac Hall of Fame Club tickets may not be exchanged. Please note, due to limited inventory tickets can only be exchanged into one of the exchange dates listed below. Season Ticket Holders can exchange their tickets online via their account at phillies.com/mytickets.

Please note, exchange dates are subject to change. Game dates and ticket locations are based on availability. Dynamic pricing applies to Season Ticket exchanges.

If a Season Ticket Holder cannot attend a game on their game plan, they can also take advantage of SeatGeek, MLB’s Official Fan to Fan Marketplace. By logging on through phillies.com/mytickets, season ticket holders can resell their tickets on the SeatGeek marketplace.

2026 remaining eligible exchange dates are listed below. 2027 eligible exchange dates and information will be available closer to the start of the 2027 season.

Q: What happens if a game is postponed?

In the event a Phillies game is postponed due to inclement weather or for another reason, your tickets should be used for the rescheduled game. If the cancelled game is rescheduled as a traditional single admission double header, the season ticket account will be credited for the face value amount of the ticket and can be used for remaining 2027 home games (based on availability).

POSTPONED GAME POLICY FOR TICKETS PURCHASED VIA SECONDARY MARKET

Please refer to the specific secondary ticket website your tickets were purchased from for details pertaining to postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled events. The Phillies are not responsible for and will not provide any refunds or exchanges of any tickets purchased via a secondary ticket marketplace.

Q: How do I submit a change of address?

A change of address must come from the account holder of record and can be requested by emailing seasonmvp@phillies.com and including the following information: account number, existing contact information and new contact information (address, phone(s), email). A Phillies Account Executive will respond to your request.

Q: Am I able to transfer ownership of my season tickets to someone else?

The transfer of season tickets into a different name is at the sole discretion of the Phillies. Please call the Phillies sales office at 215-463-1000 if you have any questions or want to inquire about transferring your season tickets.

Q: How do I make sure I am receiving all pertinent Phillies email communications?
