PIRATES CHARITIES FAMILY WALK AT PNC PARK
Over 1,100 people gathered at PNC Park on May 30th to participate in the 5th annual Pirates Charities Family Walk, which benefited Pirates Charities and AHN Mental Health programming. Pirates players, coaches, and fans all came together in support of improving our community’s mental health and raising awareness around the importance of having conversations about mental wellness. Following the two-mile walk around the best ballpark in America, fans enjoyed a carnival style party on the Highmark Riverwalk. The carnival included games, activities, and different local mental health nonprofits, which all provided participants with information on how to find helpful resources and services.
