When do Season Ticket Holders get early entry into PNC Park?

Season ticket holders get early access to PNC Park when using tickets from their Season Ticket Plan. Gate times are listed below.

How do I get in early?

Your Season Ticket may be scanned in for early entry on select game dates at the Allegheny Health Network Left Field Gate (near Stargell Statue.) Tickets from outside of your season ticket package will not be able to be scanned in early.

Who is eligible for exchanges?

Pirates Season Ticket Plans 21 games and above (Black Tier +). 10 Game Plan (White Tier) do not have access to exchanges but have access to Missed Game Replay.

What games can I exchange for?

Future game tickets (more than 12 hours from being played) can be exchanged for any game except the home opener

Missed Games can be redeemed as part of the “Missed Game Replay” at a small fee based on plan size and location of new seats

How can I make an exchange?

Future games can be exchanged online in the Pirates Season Ticket Exchange Clubhouse or at the PNC Park box office windows (click here for more information)

Missed games can be redeemed online on My Pirates Tickets (click SEE YOUR SPECIAL OFFERS) or at the PNC Park box office windows

Can I combine the value of tickets?

Yes, ticket value can be combined on FUTURE GAME EXCHANGES ONLY! You can exchange future game season tickets into a greater or lesser quantity of tickets in the Pirates Season Ticket Exchange Clubhouse. If you are combining tickets from multiple games, you will have to first exchange them into the same game in multiple transactions, then exchange them together to combine their value.

Is there any limit to the amount of exchanges that can be made?

Exchanges are unlimited for Gold Tier Season Ticket Holders and above. Exchanges for Black Tier are limited, unless you are a Legacy Black Tier Season Ticket Holder. “Missed Game” exchanges may be redeemed one time only.

What is the Pirates Points program?

Pirates Points can be redeemed for exclusive Season Ticket Holder experiences, merchandise, autographed items, Loaded Value, and more. You’ll receive an initial allotment based on your benefit tier, with additional opportunities to earn points throughout the season by purchasing group tickets, suites, and submitting referrals.

All Pirates Points earned during the 2026 season will expire at the conclusion of the 2026 season. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

When can I redeem my Pirates Points?

2026 Pirates Points will be available prior to Opening Day. Visit the MLB Ballpark app under "Season Ticket Holder HQ" to see available experiences, merchandise, and autographed items.

How do I renew my Season Tickets?

With our convenient Auto-Renewal program, your seats will automatically renew for the 2027 Regular Season in the same location—unless you choose to opt-out during the designated opt-out window.

What card will be charged for the Auto-Renewal process?

The card we will charge is the card you have set to your “default” payment method, which can be found in your Account Manager in MyTix. If you have not selected a “default” card, we will use the card used from your most recent purchase. We will email you the last four digits and expiration date of the card we have on file before the first payment. If you would like to change your card, please contact your Account Manager.
