Tropicana Field Information

  • The Rays are back at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg.
  • If you purchased Rays Rush tickets, your barcodes will be delivered to your MLB Ballpark app 4 hours prior to first pitch. Your party should arrive together as tickets are non-transferable and cannot be forwarded. Screenshots are not accepted.
  • Gates open 90 minutes before first pitch for Monday-Friday games, and 2 hours prior to first pitch for Saturday and Sunday games. All gates are wheelchair accessible.
  • Tropicana Field is cash-free. Credit and debit cards are accepted for all concessions, merchandise and parking purchases. Reverse ATM Machines can be found across from Gate 3 Guest Services Desk and in the 3rd Base Food Hall.
  • Expect potential noise and light displays, and take necessary precautions for those sensitive to loud sounds.
  • To celebrate a new era of Rays baseball back at Tropicana Field, $10 per ticket in Burst Bucks have been added to your Rays Wallet in the MLB Ballpark app. To access & spend your Burst Bucks, open the Ballpark app then tap Rays Wallet. Learn more at www.RaysBaseball.com/First

Mobile Ticketing

Mobile tickets are accessed on the MLB Ballpark app. Screenshots and paper tickets, including print-at-home and PDF versions, are not available or accepted. To access your tickets, download the app.

Prohibited Items

The Tampa Bay Rays have a clear bag policy. All bags entering the ballpark must be clear, no larger than 12x6x12, and transparent. Small clutches/wallets/fanny packs no larger than 5x7 are allowed as well. Weapons of any kind, or other dangerous items, are prohibited. See full list of prohibited items
