Single-Game Tickets
Spring Training single-game tickets at Charlotte Sports Park will go on sale to the public on January 14 at 10 a.m.
Please note: netting will be located from the outside edge of the first base dugout (Section 103) to the outside edge of the third base dugout (Section 113).
Spring Training Groups, Suites and Picnic Areas
Suites
For groups of 12 up to 18 guests (option to combine both Suites to have up to 32 guests!)
- Option to purchase catering.

Picnic Areas
Left Centerfield Picnic Area: For groups from 20 up to 75 guests
Right Centerfield Picnic Area: For groups from 30 up to 300 guests
Rightfield Line Picnic Area: For groups from 20 up to 66 guests
- All Picnic Areas include the Picnic Package Menu and the option to purchase bar packages.

Game Cancellation Policy
Canceled Game Information:
The following policy will be applied in the event a scheduled home game is canceled prior to being played or declared an unofficial game. An unofficial game is any game canceled prior to 4 ½ innings being played if the Rays are leading, prior to 5 innings if the visiting team is leading, or if the game is tied. Once a game is declared official, the canceled game policy below will not apply.
- Single-game tickets and parking passes (if applicable) to any canceled home games purchased with a credit card through raysbaseball.com or through the MLB Ballpark app will be automatically refunded.
- Group, Suite and Picnic area tickets will be refunded according to the above processes. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Spring Training Season Ticket Holders will have the value of their tickets (and any applicable season parking passes) automatically applied as a credit to their account. The credit may be used toward the renewal of their Season Tickets for the 2026 season. The credit is also applicable to single-game purchases for 2026 spring training or regular season games. Spring Training Season Ticket Holders also have the option to request a refund for the canceled games by emailing springtraining@raysbaseball.com.
- All customers who purchased through secondary market sites will need to contact those providers directly to be informed of their respective canceled game policies.
