Q: How will I access and share my tickets for the 2024 season?
A: All tickets for the 2024 season are mobile-only and can be accessed and managed via the MLB Ballpark app or through your Rays Ticket Account on a mobile device. For more information about mobile tickets, please visit www.raysbaseball.com/mobile.

Q: Will paper tickets be available?
A: Tropicana Field only accepts mobile tickets through the MLB Ballpark app. Paper tickets, including print-at-home and PDF versions, are not available or accepted.

Q: Will my Rays Rewards points for 2023 be rolled over to 2024?
A: For all accounts that renew for the 2024 season, 50% of your Rays Rewards points will roll over.

Q: How do I access my 20% discount for concessions and merchandise during the 2024 season?
A: Access to your Season Member discount is available exclusively via the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.

Q: Will credit from my Flexible Season Membership be available to use for Postseason tickets or future seasons?
A: All ​2024 Season Membership credit must be used by the conclusion of the 2024 regular season.

Q: How many tickets can I purchase with my Flexible Season Membership?
A: You can purchase up to six (6) tickets for each game you wish to attend.

Q: What can I spend my membership credit on?
A: Your membership credit can be used towards discounted single-game tickets for any game you choose and prepaid parking.

Q: Will the entire 2024 season be on sale at once during the presale?
A: Once single-game tickets are on sale, you will have access to your account credit for 2024 regular-season home games within two (2) business days of your purchase date.

Q: If I choose the Flexible Season Membership option for 2024, am I forgoing the rights to my previous fixed seating location?
A: Fixed seating locations will not be retained if you choose a Flexible Season Membership for the 2024 season. Being a Flexible Member gives you the ability to pick and choose your games and seating location based on your needs.

Q: How does auto-renewal work?
A: All Flexible Season Members are automatically enrolled into auto-renewal where we will automatically renew your Season Membership on an annual basis based on the four (4) month interest-free payment schedule on your invoice, unless you choose to opt-out. There will be a 30 day opt-out period beginning in the summer of 2024 for the 2025 season. You will receive an email regarding the 2025 season and the opt-out period at that time.

Q: When will my 2024 tickets be available in my online account?
A: Tickets will be loaded to your Rays Ticket Account in early 2024, prior to the start of the season.

Q: How do I upgrade or relocate my traditional season ticket seats for the 2024 season?
A: The opportunity to upgrade or relocate your seats will be made available via email at a later date.

Q: How does auto-renewal work?
A: All Traditional Season Members are automatically enrolled into auto-renewal where we will automatically renew your Season Membership on an annual basis based on the ten (10) month interest-free payment schedule on your invoice, unless you choose to opt out. There will be a 30 day opt-out period in the summer of 2024 for the 2025 season. You will receive an email regarding the 2025 season and the opt-out period at that time.
