2026 Ticket Management 101

On Thursday, February 26, the Season Ticket Services Team hosted a Ticket Management 101 webinar to cover best practices on using your season tickets.

STH Theme and Cultural & Identity Item Purchase Program

Based off feedback we have received over the last couple of seasons, we are excited to continue, for the second year our Theme and Cultural & Identity Purchase Program, exclusively for Season Ticket Holders. This program offers an opportunity for you to purchase select theme and cultural identity items without buying a separate ticket.

This program is currently available for STHs with a Twenty Game Winner Plan and above. To purchase, log into your My Tickets account and click on '2026 Special Offers' in the top right corner of the page (not available through MLB Ballpark app).

Theme, gate giveaway, and cultural & identity items are not included in season ticket benefits. The only way to guarantee an item is to buy the specific ticket.

For Tenth Man Plans interested in these items, there are two ways you can potentially secure one.

• If you would like to guarantee that you receive the item, we suggest buying the dedicated special ticket through redsox.com/themes and redsox.com/celebrations. If you have tickets in your season ticket plan for that game, you can list those for resale on SeatGeek or sell/forward to friends, family, etc.
• Similar to past seasons, our Red Sox Rewards program might have some of these items in the Marketplace to redeem for points. These typically are redeemed quickly by those looking for the item so be sure to keep an eye out each week!

2026 STH Benefits Webinar

On Wednesday, March 25, we hosted a benefits webinar to review core benefits STHs receive during the 2026 season!

STH Kids Corner

STH Kids Corner is an exclusive pregame experience for the kids of our Season Ticket Holders. The experience is held down on the warning track behind home plate in a private corral, adjacent to the general stanchions during pregame warmups. Kids between the ages of 3-13 are eligible to participate. Player and coach interactions are not guaranteed. Each kid is eligible to receive one (1) Kids Corner Kit per season during their first game for Kids Corner; however, they are eligible to participate multiple times throughout the year.

Spots are offered each homestand via the Rewards Marketplace for all 4:10 p.m. or later games, weather permitting. Point values vary depending on the time of the year, day of the week, tier of the game, and opponent.

STH Concessions Discount

We are excited to announce that all Season Ticket Holders will now have the opportunity to take advantage of an exclusive food and beverage discount available at all concessions stands around the park! Based on your season ticket plan, you will receive a discount at all available concessions stands.

Another exclusive benefit for Season Ticket Holders is the Ticket Exchange Program. The purpose of this benefit is if you can't attend a game in your plan, you can exchange out of it to a game you can attend. Games you exchange into will be at the single game ticket price, same as if you purchased any other tickets outside of your ticket plan.

• 20 Game Plan Holders ticket exchange eligibility increased from 15% to 20%
