Season Ticket Holder Updates and News

Information regarding your 2026 season ticket plan is now available. This can be found in a handful of different ways:

1. An email was sent to you from your Account Executive or seasontickets@redsox.com on Friday, October 17.
2. Head to your My Tickets account to view your renewal (available for those not enrolled in auto-renewal).
3. A renewal packet will be delivered to your address on file by the end of the month.
4. Visit the 2026 Season Ticket Renewal Information page to learn more about your renewal for 2026!
5. Watch the STH Renewal Webinar, held on Wednesday, October 22.
6. Contact us directly for any other information you need.

STH Kids Corner

STH Kids Corner is an exclusive pregame experience for the kids of our Season Ticket Holders. The experience is held down on the warning track behind home plate in a private corral, adjacent to the general stanchions during pregame warmups. Kids between the ages of 3-13 are eligible to participate. Player and coach interactions are not guaranteed. Each kid is eligible to receive one (1) Kids Corner Kit per season during their first game for Kids Corner; however, they are eligible to participate multiple times throughout the year.

Spots are offered each homestand via the Rewards Marketplace for all 4:10 p.m. or later games, weather permitting. Point values vary depending on the time of the year, day of the week, tier of the game, and opponent.

Additional information can be found via the Rewards program and at the STH Table on (home) gamedays but please reach out to your Account Executive or the Season Ticket Services Team to learn more!

STH Concessions Discount

We are excited to announce that all Season Ticket Holders will now have the opportunity to take advantage of an exclusive food and beverage discount available at all concessions stands around the park! Based on your season ticket plan, you will receive a discount at all available concessions stands.

Ticket Management 101

On Wednesday, March 19, the Season Ticket Services Team hosted a Ticket Management 101 webinar to cover best practices on using your season tickets.

Another exclusive benefit for Season Ticket Holders is the Ticket Exchange Program. The purpose of this benefit is if you can't attend a game in your plan, you can exchange out of it to a game you can attend. Games you exchange into will be at the single game ticket price, same as if you purchased any other tickets outside of your ticket plan.

• A, B, and 40 Game Plan Holders ticket exchange eligibility increased from 20% to 25%
• 20 Game Plan Holders ticket exchange eligibility increased from 15% to 20%
