The Kansas City Royals believe that baseball is for everyone. Through this idea the Inclusion & Diversity Council is made up of Front Office Associates who strive to make a place where everyone feels Royal.

Associates – The Royals will continue to recruit a diverse and inclusive work force, work with diverse vendors, continuing education on diversity and inclusion to name a few.

Community – The Royals will continue to grow community service projects and site visits, attend job fairs, host community round tables and panels and more.

Fans – The Royals will continue to offer and improve stadium amenities such as Mother’s Room, Quiet Zones, accessible parking, and continue to build on heritage and ensure we are reflective of our fan base.
